I wish i could give a Zero start because their service is absolutely useless. They take forever to repair things and when they do send it back it still doesnt work.USELESS COMPANY< YOU GUYS SHOULD SHUT DOWN

Dropped my Samsung phone off for service at 11 am dec 19. Was told I'd get a call in 90 mins with quote. Went back 4 hours later and they told me what was needed. Can't do until tomorrow. Here tomorrow and it's 435. No call to say ready. They have my $271. For repair. They don't answer calls or return calls or emails. Samsung should be disgusted to have their name on the building..... wait does Samsung even care?

STAY AWAY!! Brand new Samsung 32 in monitor had issues with power. I packed it in the original box and sent it to this service center for a warranty repiar as per Samsung advise. They have shared an invoice of $1100 and image saying the monitor is physically damaged whereas the unboxing video from them clearly shows the monitor is not damaged. Scammers!

If this company has a phone line and don't even bother answering, why have a phone at all? You are not notified by the company with what is happening with your product that is being repaired. They repaired what was broken then sent back my item only to find out they broke something else. Just amazing. Thankfully I called Samsung and i SPECIFICALLY asked for my product to be repaired by another company. Thank god they have other repair companies because i would rather toss out my item than to have this company fix it again. DO NOT GO WITH THIS COMPANY. Two thumbs down. Not good at all.

Absolutely terrible customer service! sent my monitor out it has been over a month and i haven't had an update or anything. Samsung Canada told me to call them and they don't pick up. I wish I could give them a negative 5 stars

I sent in my vacuum because the wand broke, and they sent it back with a broken canister that wouldn't close properly. Worst service center to ever exist! No one answers their phone... You can leave voicemail's and they don't return your call... If Samsung tries sending your items to them to be repaired ask for somewhere else.

Samsung told me to call this company in relation to repairing or finding replacement parts for my laptop. Its bad enough that Samsung don't offer their own repair centre or sell parts for their laptops in Canada but I left two messages with this company that they recommended to call and they never called back.

Absolutely horrible company to deal with. Between the warranty company and this company they’ve sent me in circles for over a month trying to get my tv fixed. Claiming it’s the warranty companies fault, but not doing anything about it. I also caught them lying to me about not being able to send or contact a technician. But then it turns out the technician is one of their employees! Also, he slept in and didn’t show up hours later after I had to call and wake him up!

Sent my Samsung monitor for repair and it came back unrepaired. They also did some shady stuff like reporting as dusty/scratched which was rich considering it was bought recently and was shipped to them with the clear plastic wrap still on.How does Samsung even allow such a garbage tier repair facility to still operate under their name??
