In my opinion Sarah harvy failed to represent me with intetgurity snd my best interests at heart. 15mins before i was due before a judge in plea court she informed part of my deal is giving my DNA. She dismissed me when i msged her with concerns for my safety. Fast forward . I advocated for myself during pre trail ..inow have a better plea offer then she managed to get me...

After a 6 year criminal trial process and 2 very highly recommended lawyers (one from Hamilton and the other from Toronto), both asked me to take the easy way out and plead out. I didn’t commit the crime I was charged for and refused to plea to something I absolutely did not do. With a trial date set and not having a lawyer, I met with a few different lawyers before meeting Bruce. Once I met Bruce, he thoroughly explained his trial experience and never once suggested I take a plea and he never doubted my innocence. Even though there were hills to climb, we worked together to prepare my defence. Bruce’s attention to detail and the fact that I was never once treated as a criminal, I was always treated as an equal. He has a very calm demeanor which worked perfectly in my case. He is a very well respected lawyer with judges and the crown’s office (based on what I saw anyway). I put all of my trust in Bruce from the beginning and 6 years later, it has paid off. I would highly recommend Bruce. There was one court date that Bruce couldn’t attend, I was fully aware of this and was told Sarah would attend on his behalf. She was also amazing for that court date and made me feel at ease. 5 stars isn’t enough!!!!
