We have a 115-year old home (with a few bats in the attic and walls). The bats have very rarely come into our living space over the decades, but we finally decided to call in a company for bat removal (to increase our eventual re-sale value). After doing much research, we found BatsCanada (Kenny & Peter) (in conjunction with Bat Control Specialists - Benjamin). (We had previously received a cheaper quote from another popular Ontario company, but the work was only guaranteed for 5 years. Friends of ours are already needing their job done again by this other company.) We paid about double (with BatsCanada), but they stand by their work and have a lifetime warranty. We will not need to have our job redone. Kenny and Peter - consummate professionals - completed our job (an older home with high roof lines) over two half days". We found a bat in our house so we called Kenny at Bats Canada. He was at our house to remove the bats within the week! He was extremely professional and took his time! The quality of work is exceptional as we have been bat free ever since! After he completed bat proofing our house he stayed an extra hour just to answer all the questions we had! If you have bats in your home, definitely give Kenny a call to get them removed for good!! Highly recommend 10/10!!

I don't often do reviews but Kenny went above and beyond to get to my home promptly to help bat proof my old house. I had several bats within a few days get inside. Not a pleasant situation. He is friendly , professional and does excellent work. My neighbors even commented on how thorough his work is.. thanks again.

I'm writing this review for Kenny from Bats Canada. We discovered we had bats on a Tuesday. The following day was a holiday. I called Kenny and heard back within an hour. I wasn't sure if his company would service our area since we live in the Midland area and Bats Canada operates out of London, ON. Kenny had no problem with the location, he looked up our house on Google maps while I was on the phone with him, and was able to give me a quote right then. He came to our house at 8am two days later as planned. He was on time, and very professional. He got right to work, and worked all day, only taking one break for lunch. To say Kenny is a hard worker is an understatement. He had all the required equipment to safely work on our metal roof, and that was where the majority of the work was done. It is now a week later, and as expected we have not seen any further signs of bat activity. Kenny was able to remove them from our home in a humane way which left both us and the small brown bat population happy! There were no hidden costs, the quote we were given was accurate. And it was worth every penny. Bats Canada are an expert in the field. We are very happy with the service we received. Kenny will be back in a few weeks' time to remove the one-way bat doors. We are happy to be living in a house which is free of bats.

I am pleasantly and extremely satisfied with the superior high quality of work that Kenny and Peter put into this 2-storey house of mine in Kingsville Ontario roughly near mid October 2022. That house is about 40 years or so in age. They did this work while offering simply the best, most unbeatable warranty. Also, they did this work for a very reasonable price, compared to the some other local area wildlife management companies. They used a full, complete, holistic approach to NOT only bat proofing, but also general wildlife proofing work, which NOT a lot of other companies do. Also, with their excellent way of serving/dealing with their clients, either answering phone calls/emails very promptly, or very promptly returning their messages, they are sure to not only keep acquiring new very satisfied customers, but also it's the good word those customers put out that will reel in for Kenny and team, even more work and even more new satisfied customers.Kenny definitely seems to have a really high degree of honesty, integrity, work ethic, reliability, trustworthiness, credibility, and stuck to the word he gave me regarding the following via emails:1. The $2500+HST cost estimate for my house. He looked at Google street view pictures of my house. Based on that, he gave me a very reasonable cost estimate and he stuck to it. He finally only charged me exactly that much.2. The 5 year materials warranty and the lifetime workmanship warranty: information about this appears in writing on the final invoice/bill and the receipt paperwork. Also their company's London Ontario based physical address also appears there.3. All the work he proposed to do as part of the bat/wildlife proofing work.Kenny and Peter arrived at my house at 9am on the setup appointment date. They committed to the time Kenny gave me for this appointment.Kenny first had me sign the contract paperwork saying that I agree and authorize the work to begin for the listed total price of $2500+HST and that I agree with the Terms and Conditions that are on the back side of that contract paperwork.Believe it or not, but despite all the ultra-high-quality work that was done with great care and diligence, they were done by 12pm. Yes, ONLY in 3 hours, all done.Right after that, I asked for it and Kenny and I walked around the entire perimeter of my house for about an hour or so while I inspected things and asked questions and tried to understand how and what work they did and where etc.Kenny not only very patiently addressed everything for me, but with some further dialogues, he even offered sample new/unused tubes of the caulking/sealant material that they used on my house.Since the bat one-way exit gate, custom made out of strong thick durable long lasting sheet metal material, almost looking like a bathtub spout, was installed way up there on my roof area, physically inaccessible by me, I asked and Kenny even gave me a sample replica of such a gate for me to keep and inspect etc.NOTE: Google keeps showing me a message here saying Character limit exceeded" and the button to POST being disabled. Bats Canada (Kenny and Benny), are by far the best in Bat Proofing and removal. No one else comes close - so don't waste time calling anyone else. They are knowledgeable, professional, responsive and just 2 really nice guys who know what they're doing. Just watching Kenny work as if it was his own house just makes you feel like you're being given the best possible attention. Kenny really exceeded all my expectations. Thank you so much!

Kenny is amazing. We had a bat get into the house, waited a few weeks to see if it was random, but kept hearing them in the walls and attic. We called Kenny and he came out within a week, tacking us on to another job he had in another city and his team worked on our house in the late afternoon, in 40+ degree heat, non-stop to get our house bat proofed. Afterward he took the time to walk me through what he had done, what he had found and how the problem is being solved. He is insanely knowledgeable and incredibly nice.We can even say that we had another company in before Kenny, who walked around the house and charged us for a quote. Kenny gave us a quote on the phone, was bang on (we were worried he might find something that added to the cost) and he came in at half the price... did more work and was more knowledgeable.I would 100% recommend Kenny to anyone who has this problem. We have had bats inside our very old house a number of times a year for a few years now. After being awakened by a bat flying overhead for the first time this year, I decided that I was not willing to wait for another sighting. Instead, I stayed up and spent hours researching why bats may be in the house, where they might come in, and how to best bat-proof our house. I kept coming back to Kenny's website for Bats Canada, and realized that all of the services that his website promises were backed overwhelmingly by the numerous reviews. As a result, I had high expectations, starting with my initial call the same day...and Kenny didn't disappoint me! Kenny answered my call promptly; and with confidence and patience, he answered all of my questions. When I asked about the price, he checked my home on Google Earth while we talked, asked a couple of questions about our roof, and was able to give me an estimate range. He offered to come the next day, and I was thrilled. He called to let me know when he was leaving London; and then while en route, he called to let me know when he would arrive. From the moment that I met Kenny, I felt confident in my decision to hire him, he is obviously a professional. He arrived in a white van with no mention of bats on it, and in no time was ready to start the job. Kenny and Banos are both easy to have around, they are very professional, courteous and quiet, and the neighbours also commented about this. They worked nonstop for about 8 hours, with only a brief lunch break. In that time, Kenny was caulking, filling holes, making sure that flashing beside chimneys was adhering properly, adding mesh inside attic vents... He was able to find a number of places where bats have evidently been getting into the attic. He left one-way vents in those locations, after sealing the areas around them carefully. He also found a place that if it got larger, could let a squirrel in. He took time to make a mesh basket in order to stop this problem. I feel confident that Kenny has thoroughly bat-proofed our home, and we are hoping that within the next night or so, the bats will all have headed outside. We had none visit our living space last night! I was impressed that Kenny was able to stay on the lower side of the price range that he had suggested on the phone. He actually called today to ensure that we are happy, and to ask if we had had any bats come into our living space last night. I am confident that Kenny will stand behind his 5 year warranty, and know that he is just a call away. I know that many people may think that the cost is high, but one needs to consider that they had to drive to Owen Sound from London, and had to deal with a 100+ year old 2-1/2 storey brick house with a very steep roof, and another house that was very close. Excellent service provided by Kenny and his team at Bat Canada. After looking at other wildlife removal companies online - Bats Canada's website was the most informative in their removal/preventative process and I had more trust in a company that specializes in bat removal than a general wild life removal company. I reached out to Kenny early Sunday morning and by Sunday afternoon Kenny had contacted me with price, their process on removing and preventing bats from entering my home and setting up a next day appointment to complete the work. They were on time, and had my home sealed and protected from any bats entering my home. They also come with an unbeatable warranty that I don't think other wildlife removal companies can touch.
