Very disappointed with the apparent lack of trouble shooting. This is the third day of installation of a replacement split system. You would think that they would be prepared for the unexpected. The issues we encountered were 1. Electrical hook-up. 2. Leak in the new hose. No spare. Each issue meant another day and another 4 hour wait. This was NOT a 24 hour install. Would not recommend your company to friends and family. The workmen who came were great though!

I couldn't be happier with the service. The ladies on the phone were wonderful and I didn't have to wait to speak to them. I was in an emergency situation where I had no heat during -15 degrees Celsius. The gentleman came within half an hour, was very knowledgeable, repair the issue, and kept me safe with covid protections. Sales and initial quoting: quick to reply, I think it was same day or next day appointment for an initial assessment with Chris. He was timely, answered all of my questions about our system and the pricing, and provided a transparent contract.Installation: the first day, Vin (not sure of the spelling) and his team came to assess our home and realized that we needed a different air handler than was ordered. I appreciated that they took a detailed look before taking things apart. They were able to order the right part and came back the next day. The team was professional and worked well together. They cleaned up and didn’t damage anything even in our tight spaces.Great job and we love the new system

The technician arrived. And told me that he doesn’t service the type of air conditioner that I have. It is an odd model, it is a water-based indoor air conditioner. Still this company had serviced me before and installed my furnace less than six months ago. So they should’ve known. I also mentioned the model and I booked the appointment. To his credit, the technician still helped me advance a water issue that I was having with the air conditioner. So we’ll see if there is some improvement based on that.

Responsive and worked with us to get everything installed in a couple days. Complete replacement of furnace, ac and water heater. Very clean install, the room ended up with more space and cleaner than it started. Competative pricing with and a large enough company so no concern they will not be around for potential warranty issues.

Thank you for sending a technician this evening of 14 Dec for replacing the battery in the thermostat. He was very kind and professional, thank you. We accepted to pay $ 70 + TAX = $ 80 and we paid.The replacement of the battery is very easy and took 2 minutes.I read that the battery must be replaced each year. On July this year yourtechnician performed very well the annual maintenance but he did not replace the battery as recommended by you. The battery has a life much longer than one year. However from July to December only five months passed !!! This CLEARLY means that he did not replace the battery and therefore it was your contractual OBLIGATION to replace it today.We are very happy with your Furnace and A/C and your service.Please review this letter and give us a credit for 3 monthly charges that total 3 x $ 20 = $ 60 since your obligation was to replace the battery in July this year 2019. We believe in your fairness. Please respond by email. Thank you for your service and help.Armand Vaisman

The technician, Miguel D., provided professional inspection of our furnace with documentation photos of the heat exchanger condition. This led to a red tag of the furnace which was quite justified for safety reasons. He took time in an experienced manner to fully explain the findings. We were quite satisfied with his work and would highly recommend his service to friends and Mersey Customers. We will request that he conduct future inspections of our HVAC equipment.

The office scheduled the call quickly,(next day) Called to inform when to expect the service tech. He showed up on time and was excellent with regards to knowledge and explaining why my AC was not working efficiently. He was very professional and pleasant, fixed the issue. A great customer service experience. Booked my annual furnace maintenance as well do to the great experience. See you in the fall George!!

Professional, punctual, quick and very clean, great follow up after the installation.Twice they sent a technician to fix minor issue I discovered after the installation.One was the return duct was making a banging sound which was fixed in 40 minutes and the second issue was 5 months after the installation date.I had issues replacing the air filter the way it was installed.A technician was sent to change the direction the filter was installed.Very happy with the service

The technician Dave was great who did home consulation for our water heater tank and furnace. He presented us great solution. Jordan was great too for providing us great product options for our home. Overall I give them both 5 stars.
