Purolator

The clerk was very nice when he noticed that my parcel was a little wet from the transport. He offered to ship it backs since it was an electronic equipment. I decided to take the device anyway but if was great that he felt like offering me that help.

If you would like the package be picked up from their office, it’s a best company to deal with!!THEY NEVER ATTEMP TO DELIVER IT. You have to pick it up always. Worst delivery company.

Edited: The individual who assisted me Nov 30 at this location was awesome. They were able to sort this issue out and get my package delivered. Thank you to that person.Extremely frustrated attempting to receive a package. The driver attempted a delivery to my building and but I received a notification that they were missing an entry code (which my building does not have).The online chat service did not work for me at all. The virtual agent gave two options, one being correct an address, the other being request a pickup. The request a pickup option gave me an error saying that a resolution was in process and that I'd have to speak to a customer service agent. When I selected that option the chat would freeze and I would never be connected.I tried to correct the address to include a buzzer number and received a status update that made me think my package was on the way. Checking this morning I find out my package is now being returned to sender.It would be nice to be able to talk to someone when you call or have a chat function which works. I am going to drive to an Purolator location tonight to speak with someone because I've been waiting on hold for an hour so far.I just want my new shoes.

I have tried to call the North Vancouver Lonsdale Branch over 8 times over 2 days after they called and asked me to call them. The phone rings and rings and no one picks up and then the line goes dead. Could you not be able to leave a message?

Seemed like a normal experience. Give them a ticket and picked up my package. Not much else to say. I would suggest that Saturday hours are fairly poor. Opening from 11-4 doesn’t seem early enough for most people and in fact there was a line forming when it was opening.

What I Like: amazon now lets you drop off return items here without any packaging. They will package it for you.The store is always kept clean.They sell packing supplies and offer other services as well.What I Don’t Like: parking is hard to come by around the location. I had to walk few blocks. It can get hard if you have a heavy item to pick up or drop off.There is always just one staff working so the lines can get long and wait time can also be long. I feel bad for the only staff working because clearly he/she is trying their best to service everyone.

It is great to be able to contact support all the time. Once my package was returned due to a defect in the address, I resolved the problem very easily and quickly on the site on the same day, and the package arrived 2 days later. From the time of placing the order to the delivery of the package, I could check exactly where my package is at any moment

Helpful staff, but service, in general, is not great! Lack of proper communication with the customers on the changes made to the delivery method and date/time of delivery causes confusion.

Really rude and bad customer service. If you can avoid them, that's the best recommendation I can give you. Very unfriendly and unprofessional staff.

Every time an order goes through Purolator it never gets delivered. They do not leave a delivery slip and according to the employees it's up to you to make sure you order gets delivered.
