I have crossed Canada 3 times and have never had worse service at a Tim Hortons than here. It took us nearly 10 mins in the drive thru to get to make our order, and we were behind 1 car. I thought the lady ahead of me was buying everything in the shop, until I got to the speaker and realized buddy working had no idea what year it was let alone where he was working. I had to repeat my order not twice, not three times, but FOUR times, and that includes twice when I got the window to get my order and he gave me the wrong stuff. The guy (who I won't name here), was a skinny teenager who sounded as half baked as the donuts, somehow gave me my girlfriends coffee (which tasted horrible), but didn't give us any of her food nor my own drink. As I'm repeating the order back to him within SECONDS (I kid you not) he forgot what I told him and was fumbling about behind the cash in a daze. I told him to forget it and left. What food we did receive was lukewarm at best, poorly assembled, and tasted as bland as the paper wrappings it came in.

Worst tim hortons ever. I went to drive thru at night and ordered a bowl. I guess they did not have enough rice for bow so they just filled it with lettuce and there were just 3or 4 spoons of rice. Do go there ever!!!

It's fine. Simple orders and more popular foods are just the same. Good spot for grabbing food if you're in the area. Drive through is very popular at this location and seems to go relatively quick. Order anything a little different like the chili and it'll take a few more minutes than longer.I keep going back when I work in the area but I'm going to change back to simpler things like bagels just to reduce wait.

This Tim's should only do coffee and donuts as they are not capable of doing much else. Very slow service everyday all day...not enough employees so why run as a full service Tim's..

I don't know what is going on at this particular location, but they continually have the worst service ever!! I avoid it at all costs, but had to go there yesterday in a rush and waited over twenty minutes in the drive through line for the most messed up order. I had to take it in the end because I didn't have time for them to remake it. I ordered the new Steak wrap and got the wierdest egg, hash brown and sausage mess. Was supposed to be steak, rice and beans. Never again. Always get it wrong and wait forever!!

Used to be good weather at night time or day time . Candy cane drink with whip cream on it used to have like two or 3 inches of whip cream or at least an inch or even have an inch or 10 mm it has nothing of cream tried to complain and then when she insisted she put it on I Even tried to pay her to put more on and they just don’t care bickering so i Left and paid 75cent’s down the Road on Dunbrack RD. at Least she was nice and L Listen’ed and Care’d.There was none on it all at the other one especially for those price’s it should of had the wiped-cream, i hope she did not put money in her pocket.The Parade Tim Hortin’s had no hot chocolate at all, Ran Out. I find it funny, that i get charg’ed diffrent price’s at diffrent timhortins for the Timbit’s. Could use an Johnny-on -the-Spot.

This store is garbage, they will get your order wrong and then make fun of you when you correct them. Trained to be rude because the managment and owners are the worst people to speak to, condescending and ignorant.

Tim Hortons around Spryfield is a gamble, you can either get good service or bad service. If your only getting a doughnut you *should* be good.If your only ordering a drink you should have a good experience, unless your getting more than 4 then you might have issues.If your getting food be prepared to wait at least 5-10m. It may not seem that long but prepare in advance in case your on a time limit.

OMG - worst Tim Hortons experience ever!First of all, this locations has only half of the original menu so they didn't have 5 of 9 items we wanted. Secondly I ordered ham & cheese" croissant (See photos) which rank in the top 10 most disgusting things I've ever eaten. It looks terrible first of all.... But worstly Its COVERED in honey mustard sauce OMFG horrendous
