Very slow service not organized. They know they are getting groups and room keys or not even ready. Overall looks ok for a hotel but not planing to come back.

This is the worst hotel parking!!!!I have family coming with a travel agency to Montreal and they are staying at Sandman.We drove to the hotel and it happened to be a night with fireworks (so lots of people parked here to watch the show). When we drove into the pay booth they said it costs $15. I said I only need to meet guests and, if so, I’d pick them up and leave. The guy said I still need to pay $15 to enter. This is THEFT!!!

I paid more money for room with view. I booked one week ago and leave note ask higher floor. Now the view is parking lots and higher floor means 4th floor.

Hôtel qui manque beaucoup d’amour. Les salles de réception sont petites et mal aménagées. La nourriture au restaurant est sans intérêt. Le service est correct, mais sans aucune attention particulière. Situé à côté de la station de métro de Longueuil.

good parking right next to the metro station. quite expensive 30$ per hour. but i parked there when i went to F1 so i guess sits a good location and the price was okay as compared to inside the circuit.
