I often work at the lab down the street from this place, so initially convenience was my motivating factor, but Can I just say so AMAZING!! I have literally never been disappointed!I just inhaled a salad from Grays and their in-house made dressings took it to Another Level! Their wraps, sandwiches, desserts, smoothies….I mean literally everything there tastes great!! Customer service is on point too! Super sweet staff! <3 HIGHLY RECOMMENDED if you’re in Sidney!!

Excellent food! And the grilled cheesy is genius! Sauerkraut with cheese and garlic makes for a very savoury tasty grilled cheese! Friendly service as well.

Not from town but this is probably the most aesthetically pleasing cafe here. Looks aside though, the drink I had was delicious (seasonal iced mango match) and I got the grilled ham and cheese sandwich with the daily soup. Everything top notch! Service was great, cashier and barista both seemed like sweet ladies. Only wish they were open on Sunday so I could go back one more time before I leave. Must go if you are here!!

Wow, my daughter introduced me to this awesome Cafe today! We shared the tastiest salad that had such a flavourful dressing (included nutrional yeast). And a blueberry/chocolate/banana smoothie. Charming young man behind the counter took our order. Can't wait to go back.

Thankfully it wasn't too busy here when I arrived. My second time at the Cafe and the food was just as delicious as the first time. There is a small seated area out front and limited seating inside. Nice array of options for both meat eaters and vegan as well as gluten sensitive folks. Try the granola, you won't regret it YUM!

Such good service and tasty coffee. They brew Drumroaster which is one of the best roasters on the island in my opinion. Reasonable prices for food as well. Food is tasty. Seating outside is south facing with ample space to have your dog. Water is provided.

Had just popped over from Calgary and found this place not to far from the Airport. Latte was quite good. Very friendly and food was fresh and excellent. Enjoyed it enough to hit on our way out a few days later and very similar experience. Had their Rueben and it was actually one if the best I had ever had. Would go there regularly if we happened to live on the island. Quite a gem of a place. My wife had the soup and it was excellent

A totally local coffee shop where most of the customers are greeted by name. Off the main street so it's a bit quieter. Quality coffee, savoury and sweet food with many plant-based options. Staff are obviously valued and respected and it's a good team with the owners getting in there to help as needed. Thoughtfully decorated - even the gorgeous washroom!
