Clinique Morgentaler

My experience at Morgentaler was nearly perfect, I have no complains. The staff is incredibly welcoming, patient, and informative. The whole process was smooth and comfortable. I highly recommend this clinic, especially if you're nervous.

Took me a while to get down to writing this review but I'm finally doing it because this clinic deserves the appreciation! Very smooth experience right from getting an appointment to the visit. Warm and friendly staff who make you feel taken care of. Thank you for making a difficult experience as easy and comfortable as possible! :)

The clinic is very professional and kind. But this is the second time i come here and they seem to overbook always.If your appointment is at 1:00pm you shouldn't be seen at 2:30pm that is beyond absurd ..I recommend better scheduling and with less people in a day because coming at noon for an appointment and leaving at 5 is ridiculous.

My first and hopefully last abortion, but went as smoothly as possible! I was very anxious and scared, but the staff were all very kind. Don’t remember a thing, woke up comfortably in a bed with a nice pink blanket (adds comfort). They also gave me two cold cloths when I was sleeping that were placed on my head and neck. Would recommend! Thank you to all the staff members that supported and helped me throughout the process.

The place is great but the best is the team! From the receptionist to the doctors including the nurses, you guys are amazing! You made a painful experience bearable. Your humanity made such a huge difference.I hope I’ll never have to come back but I’ll recommend this clinic!I wish you all the best.

Absolutely amazing experience. Nurse Kathryn was so welcoming and made me feel at ease. I was then with two other nurses and a doctor whom I forget their names, but I remember how kind and supportive they were. I blame my forgetfulness on the drugs and anxiety. My procedure was a bit complicated because of how early I was (approx. 4 weeks). I felt more pain than the average, but they supported me through out.I would recommend this team to any woman who is anxious and has never had an abortion. Truely wonderful people thank you!

I would've appreciated being warned that the appointment time was not going to be respected and that i would have to wait for more than an hour before seeing someone. What's the point of even making appointments? Very misleading.

Honestly worst experience ever. It was my 3rd abortion, therefore I knew this place was doing me wrong. During the abortion they gave me a dose, Im pretty sure it was waaaay too high for me. I dont remember a single thing. It took me a good 1h30 mins to try to wake up, but I kept passing out after the intervention, which is not normal. I couldnt breathe at all! The machine next to me kept beeping very loudly, and the nurses just told me 'you have to breathe', but I was in and out of consciousness. After finally 2h30 being in the bed half knocked out unable to breathe, I left. As soon as I hit the downstairs lobby, i had the WORSE pain in my life. The sharp pain in my uterus, left me wondering if i had internal bleeding or something went wrong! I called.. they told me not to worry and take the antibios. I dont recommend this clinic to anybody! It was the worse! I was in such a panick, being half passed out trying to wake up but i couldnt and i couldnt breathe at all! too much medication im sure.

They couldn't do my procedure because nothing was showing on the echo. My test was positive, they told me I needed a blood test because it could be another issue which can be an emergency (like an ectopic pregnancy or a miscarriage) and that they would call me back in 2 days with results but they never did.I had to take an appointment with another clinic to get the answers I needed.Very Poor Professionalism
