I have been very disappointed with my experience. Shoe size is wrong so I sent an email, no response…. Phoned and talked to them twice - they promised to call back, no return call…. Now they are not calling back. I bought a $300 pair of shoes and beyond disappointed!! Buyer beware!!!!

AMAZING customer service! There was a glitch in the system with my online order. I received a personal phone call and the situation was immediately rectified before I was even aware. I was ensured I would receive my order and was given frequent updates regarding the shipping. This level of customer service and care is very rare these days. I highly recommend this business and will be placing future orders!

Very helpful team!!It’s amazing how they always have deals and sales going on. Every time I get new pairs I get a discount which really makes it fun to shop. Also I rarely had a problem with sizes or quality and if I do I never leave Kozmo store unhappy.

Absolutely bad customer services experience. They deceived on my little daughter and replaced her shoes by another ripped one and refused to return it in 24hours, and then offered her 50% discount for future purchase. WHAT A SCAMMERS!
