Got My Nipple pierced there in the year of 2013..And the women was nervous as hell.She even at one time during the piercing session got my friend to hold the clamp ,while she got the ring ready.But my friend couldn't do it and then made me hold it..Very unprofessional..!!!

Went to get daughters ears peirced I had called the week b4 to ask if i needed an app they said no you can come in anytime I go thw following Monday the girl is not there, they told me she doesnt work Mondays, would have been nice to know after getting my baby ready and driving 30 min, unorganized, unprofessional. Never will go there again.

Yell at my daughter one of them keep telling my daughter she should talk French not just English I wouldn't never tell ppl go there so unprofessional and rude

Went to get my nails done there and she cut me twice with the nail file and they look nothing close to the nails i wanted... went back to get one nail glued down because it was falling off and she cut me again with the file ... i wont go there again

I am sad to say that I won't be returning. I enjoyed my haircut as I have enjoyed their services in the past (including a perm) but while I was there, two different employees were not wearing masks (even though it was government mandated at the time). One had it but it was under her chin and another just simply was not wearing it. She put it on when she had a client but while she was walking around touching a bunch of stuff, she was not wearing it and touched her face several times.The person doing my hair was wearing her mask, however at one point she lowered it, touched the inside of her mouth and tongue (looked like maybe she has a hair or something there), then put her mask back up and kept on touching my hair and forehead, without sanitizing or washing her hands first! As someone with asthma and other medical concerns, I'm pretty careful about Covid and those things I saw scared me and made me upset.I mentioned it to the person cutting my hair and when she told one of the offenders" (this was before she did what she did herself)

Got 4 piercings there and had to take every one of them out!!! Cost 100$ to be used by a gun 3x and 1 needle. Place doesn't look sanitary. Will not be going again. Do not recommend.
