Dr. Slabbert, Nicole, Cassidy, and Larissa are by far the most knowledgeable, professional, friendly, and caring staff I have ever experienced at a medical spa. I moved to Prince George in April and have had nothing but the most amazing experiences here. I have received injections at other medical spas in the past. SKIN's complimentary consultations, servicing, and post treatment time is by far the best I've ever had! Immediate results, complimentary take home bags, and minimal bruising are such a bonus that I've never experienced before! Nicole really takes her time in her consultations, and genuinely cares for your concerns and makes the best recommendations for your face. For example, my last appointment I wanted to get my lips touched up. However, she and Dr. Slabbert asked me about considering my chin this time (since it was one of my concerns) to make my profile more proportionate. I cannot thank them enough as I am ecstatic with the results. The team always works within my budget and they have been nothing but amazing in that sense. I also use their ZO Skin Health Anti-Aging System as a preventative measure and have had nothing but great results! Overall, the atmosphere, service, and results are next to none. I have nothing but the most wonderful things to say about this spa and their staff. I wanted to get Botox done for my brow frown line. I received a full overview of my treatment plus other treatments that were Available. Staff are friendly and the Dr was great to chat with during procedure. I am super happy with the results.

I spent NINE SESSION’S with an employee that I did NOT request. She used the WRONG laser for my hair type the whole time. Not until a different employee took my appointment and notified me of the error and did NOT correct it. I asked for makeup appointments, not even the full nine, just a few, and was told “that’s not how it works.” I was never refunded for their mistake and felt very taken advantage of. They guaranteed that the my hair should be gone before the end of my package, which my hair was not due to their error.I would not recommend this spa, from my experience and felt very uncomfortable when trying to deal with this mishap. Will not be returning unfortunately.

I had a combo of Botox and filler & I am THRILLED at the result which was refreshed but not over-done . My mouth lines are gone and my crows feet are 80% lessThe consult was so informative with reference photos and explanations of the process & the whole face goalHands down recommend

Spent the first 30 mins having expensive products pushed onto me, the girl who was supposed to be giving me a facial completely forgot. I reminded her why I was there as she was escorting me to the counter to pay for these products. Then she ended up rushing my Hydrafacial which lasted less than 15mins, she used a Blue light which was extra without asking, didn’t give me a massage or apply any serums. Honestly the most rushed and horrible facial I’ve ever had. All up I spent over $300 on a really bad experience. Never again! Also, Felt the tension in the room when I decided not to buy said products !

Mom and I came in for a last minute facial to treat ourselves but have to say considering the time (35mins)spent on the actual procedure(and it was a procedure)and the cost…it was not what we expected. The Hydrafacial was very mechanical and impersonal with bright lights overhead to boot…not at all relaxing or comfortable! Technician and receptionist were awesome though❣️

I just received the most thoughtful, in depth, and informative consultation and treatments at SKIN. Compared to a previous experience at another medical spa in town, it was like night and day. Dr. Slabbert, Nicole, and staff, were all very kind and welcoming. Their level of care an professionalism will definitely keep me as a repeat client. Thanks again!

It’s very rare that I do reviews but I feel that SKIN PG deserves one. Nicole and Dr Slabbert are very knowledgeable and kind. Nicole is such a welcoming and professional person. Through my consultations to different treatments, she has always made me feel very comfortable and relaxed and I feel I can trust her advice.Dr Slabbert is very skilled at medical treatments and has always does a phenomenal job on any procedure I have done.I wouldn’t go anywhere else for my cosmetic needs because of the consistent level of care that I receive from the skin family. Go see them for a consult I promise you won’t regret it.
