Spinelli Campbell & Cameron Volkswagen

I’ve had very few positive interactions with this dealership. I brought my first car from here in 2018 and since then they have- Miss placed my summer tires.- Was promised a lift to work, while my car was serviced. But when I got there, no one was available. Another customer offered to drive me. Who complained to me how he’s been a loyal customer for years but will no longer be coming back… (that should of been a sign)- Once I collected my keys later that evening. They locked me in the dealership parking lot, 30min before closing. I had to come back for my car the next morning (at least they offered to pick me up).- Went to purchase a new vehicle in 2021 and 1 salesman pretended to be the manager, offering me the “best deal” (got a better one at centre ville).- Now for the past 3 weeks I’ve been trying to schedule a service but no one calls back. And the secretary gives the excuse that they’re in the process of training.I’ve been putting up with it since they are a <10 min drive away but what absurd customer service. I don’t know how long Spinelli has been management, but still all the same faces. So what’s really going to change?1 star for the lovely women who sold me my first car, on my 25th bday.1 star for the helpful man working in parts.Take your chances.

Just bought a car from this dealership and was in complete awe of how amazing the service was! Very rarely do I enjoy certain customer experiences, let alone at a car dealership. But Sergei was an absolutely amazing guy and was capable of working with me in understanding my needs and finding the right fit for me. Super attentive and understanding, willing to take his time as he understands that this purchase is about satisfying the clients’ needs. Extremely happy with my Jetta, will definitely be recommending.

He is very knowledgeable and ready to answer our questions. Overall very impressed with this place, I would highly recommend this dealership. The other Anthony and Sergei, as well as the whole team did a great job taking care of my new purchase. I am so happy.

I see the service team twice a year for maintenance and tires and every time I’m taken care of. Highly recommend for detailing also, Spinelli has great packages. Thanks again Nicolas!!

After few very deceiving interactions with different Mercedes and Vw dealers I was, so to say “expecting unexpected“.Mr Catalin and his team were great. Delivered faster then expected and with full attention and professionalism.Highly recommended!

AVOID THIS DEALERSHIP ESPECIALLY FOR SERVICE.Very disapointed in the service I've received. I decided to have my 3 year old car detailed, as well as window tint installed, and because I wanted the professional service and expertise of genuine Volkswagen I chose to have it done at a dealership.$175 detail and the pictures speak for themselves. For a detail job there certainly was a lack of attention to details.Among the lack of professionalism from their staff, and lack of pride for a job well done, they also LOST the parking lot transponder that was on my dash. (Which costs $50 to replace) When I called them to ask if they had seen it, or it had been mistakenly not put back, the technician REFUSED ever seeing it. Between myself(the owner) who drives the vehicle everyday and one technician that did a terrible detail job, I'm pretty sure I know what was in my vehicle. MAJOR inconvenience, no consideration for your personal time. AND the customer service agent has YET to return my phone calls to offer solutions.Oh, and if you use their shuttle service, bring your patience. The driver,(at no fault of his own drives a van without GPS) requests verbal directions from the passenger, but he doesn't follow along well. When he does put the address in the GPS he doesn't follow the directions and uses his phone while driving. He also is very unprofessional and rude. When asking me if he had driven me befor, which he hadn't, said oh it must have been another tall, fat lady with glasses. Luckily I don't have fragile feelings.*Edit to say there was no threats made, I told the service manager to 'tell your technician he was full of f@#$ing sh@t because the transponder was absolutely in the vehicle' as he was denying that it was ever in the vehicle. Customer service is proven for yourself in the Google reply.AVOID AVOID AVOID

The guys at the parts department are very helpful to make sure I get the right part every time. The other day I lost a very specific bolt and they were able to find me the exact one in spare bolt bin and I was able to fix my car right away.As for service, I’ve been happy with the warranty service done to my 2015 golf TDI.

Incredible dealership! The staff is friendly, honest and very helpful. Anthony Assente made the process of leasing a car simple and uncomplicated for me after I had unpleasant experiences with other dealerships. This dealership is by far the best; after visiting over 15 others for various cars and other Volkswagen dealerships, I recently leased my second car from them. My Volkswagen TAOS is the best! This morning I went to put my summer tires on, and even the service at the garage is excellent. The outside of my car was even washed, and I was offered coffee, a bottle of water, and a ride home. I hope someone may find this useful. The best location to go is the dealership in Lasalle.
