First time having an inspection done and I thought it was very thorough and informative. Jessie didn't just give me a bunch of papers, she showed me everything she found and gave me tips on how to handle it all. I was very overwhelmed at first, but she talked me thru it all and made me feel alot better. She was great. Would highly recommend her.

Jesse Stephenson was instrumental in the purchase of our property.Rural property is at best complicated,which she completely diffused in report and inspection.Her communication during the process was only exceeded by her post purchase follow-up.Marvelous in a word. Tanner was efficient and thorough. He had no problems answering my questions and was available for follow-up questions and concerns even after the home inspection was completed. They also offer discounts for services after the initial home inspection! Highly recommended!!!

The scheduling and communication was excellent. Tanner performed the inspection, he was thorough, professional and very knowledgeable. At the end he showed us his findings and answered all of our questions. The final report is very detailed and was given to us immediately after the inspection. Can’t recommend Tanner enough!!

We purchased a home that had a pre-inspection already completed, and after reading that report I thought it was pretty detailed. Despite this, we decided to have another inspection completed and made arrangements with FXC, and Jessie in particular, to complete that inspection. Jessie Stephenson arrived on time and over a 4.5 hour period did a very thorough examination of the home, identifying items that were not noted in the other inspection report. It was very evident that Jessie is a very experienced, knowledgeable and detailed oriented person who is committed to doing the best job possible. When going over her findings she was able to answer all of my questions and clearly articulate what was normal wear and tear, what was not a concern, but should be followed up on, and what we needed to get more information on. The experience of dealing with Jessie and FXC Inspections was very positive and I would have no hesitation recommending them and Jessie in particular. We Recently used Tanner for inspection on a home purchase in Red Deer. Tanner did an excellent job by thoroughly inspecting the property and providing a detailed report which he walked us through and gave very helpful insight on path forward for repairs and mitigations to some underlying issues.
