Very rude service from the manager. Had to reschedule an appt because my babysitter canceled, and he ent me a threatening text message. Do not recommend at all. Zero customer service over the phone. Anju is amazing. She's better off without the manager.

Avoid this salon at all cost. Unfortunately, the only way to book an appointment is to go through a very rude and condescending “manager”. it really is a shame because the lady doing the work is really lovely and excellent at threading. It’s just not worth the hassle of dealing with such an unpleasant man every time I need an appointment! He seems to hold a grudge and behaves very unprofessionally. Very disappointing.

Anju is super sweet and nice. She makes things relaxing and does her best to take care of you. Her husband on the other hand has his grumpy moments. I would recommend this place.

I love going to Anju. Very clean, amazing threading, waxing and laser but the down point is that u have to deal with her husband for the appointments. God forbids u have to cancel for some reason ur on his black list and becomes quite rude. I don't deny he tried to accomodate me even after I had to cancel twice cz I was very sick but now he prefers I don't schedule ahead. The problem is that I love Anju's work.......dilemma.

First time there today and I was so pleased! She did an amazing job on my brows, really taking her time and very gentle. She even ended with a quick little brow massage that felt amazing. So happy to have found this place!

I phoned them to take an appointment for eyebrow threading, receptionist very rude saying he did not have place, then changing his mind for 1pm. Came in at 1pm, directly the receptionist asked me to sanitize my hands, no hello no how are you nothing. Told me to sit down and wait a couple of minutes. I had to tell him myself what I came in for. He was not proactively asking anything. Waited 5 minutes and asked for the price again, told me its 15$ for the eyebrow when it says 10$ on their website. He tells me they have no website, I show them their own website, he says it’s google and its not reliable. Sorry but what kind of salon is this. Worst salon ever as I walked out without a thank you. And without my eyebrows done. What a waste of time. Please make yourself a favor by not ever going to that place.

Anju is fantastic. Her husband the manager is just so dreadful to deal with. You got to book your appointments through him, hes RUDE. Do not dare to be 2 minutes late for your appointment. He will cancel your appointment right away, even if you are literally 50 seconds away. Bad customer service. VERY GRUMPY. If I had to rate Anju alone, I would give 5 stars.

She is great, pleasant and did her best to make my eyebrow threading as painless as possible. The 4 star rating is because of the Manager. His phone manners need some work :)
