After I picked up my vehicle and before leaving with it Peter Szaniawski went over the whole vehicle with me top to bottom and made sure I knew how everything worked properly. He was and still is always available for any questions or concerns that I have regarding anything, only have had questions no concerns. The booking was made under my husband's name, James Wallwork. We were able to resolve the new issue independently. It was discovered that the power steering system had two fuses, and the second fuse had blown. By simply replacing a $3 fuse, we were able to fix the problem that you had originally quoted us $2900 to repair.Not sure where to start.They quoted us $25 to change an air filter but it turned out to be $65 to change a simple air filter.I called and asked for an inspection of our car as we had a couple of issues. I was quoted 90-something dollars for an inspection (which I insisted for the inspection to be a full one on the phone including checking the fluids). They called and said there are various noises and they can Inspect it for another extra $90.The job done fixed the initial issues (though at an absorbent price) but created another one. It was an issue that had occurred maybe a couple of times more than a year ago but was fixed.I DON'T believe in coincidence even though they seem to think that the problem occurring right after the service is a coincidence.Anyway, I was doing break work today and asked them to check their previous work to see if anything they did could have caused the new issue. To my surprise, I was charged another $90 for INSPECTION!Overall I am very dissatisfied. I will never return.
