Mr. Lube + Tires

HelloI had been there in SJ March 28 and 29 to get my tires changed and a few other things checked. The service was excellent. Special compliment to Ben who could not have been better.Mr. Lindsay Ross

I have been using this location for oil and tire changes for a few years and always have had great experiences until today. I came in nice and early on a Monday morning to get my tires changed before work. When I told the guy I wanted my tires changed and I don't have rims he literally rolled his eyes and huffed. Then he couldn't have moved any slower from that point forward. He even had someone from another bay offering to help him as he huffed and puffed doing the work on my car and he refused. 1.5 hours later I'm still here and late for work. Not impressed at all.

Had a oil change in my ML350 Bluetec and their incompetent technicians put too much oil in the engine. OEM manual stated 8.2 liters and they overfilled it with 9 liters, I have the receipt showing the amount paid and put into the engine.I ended up blowing my diesel engine after only 228km's and so far its cost me over 17,000 to replace it. The OEM stated that there was too much oil in the engine which caused the pump to lose its prime and foam. Their response after inspection is that I must have added oil . They have yet to respond to the court. By the way I put one star cause there is no lower to be chosen. This has been going on since Oct 2021 and I have spent my own money to repair the vehicle.

Update, they’re going to put new clips on it for meI’ve gone to location for my last 5 or 6 oil changes. After my last change I noticed my heat shield was rattling. Figured I was missing a bolt but when I crawled under I found the connections absolutely mangled. With no visible surface damage from an impact I find it hard to believe I had driven over anything with enough force to mangle them like this. This location is the only one who has touched the heat shield in the past year. I’m disappointed they would treat my vehicle like that and not own up to the damage when it occurred. I’ll be going elsewhere for my oil changes if this cannot be corrected.

Super helpful and friendly staff was a line but the wait wasn't too long. Quick and easy service. Don't even need to get out of your car. My go to place for oil change but they do no appointment tire changes too.

I am actually sitting in the service bay right now, and am seriously impressed with the service we're receiving. The other night we were here getting an oil change, and something went funny. Not quiet sure what it was, but we were coming back today to get something else done and mentioned our concerns from the last visit. We're dealing with Peter who I believe was the owner. Peter took great care of us and addressed all the concerns we'd had from our last visit. I always say the measure of good customer service isn't when everything goes smoothly, but when something doesn't, what a business does to help. I am very happy with this visit. Thank you so much
