It was a very pleasant experience. Murat not only provided us with professional suggestions on the cymbals, double pedal and hardwares accompanying the drum set we bought but also gave us pretty good price and advice to solve a small technical issue. My boy is so happy now. Highly recommend this place.

My 7 year old son developed the love for drums. We are glad we went to Drummer's Hangout before going anywhere else. Murat was so helpful and understanding of our needs. We didn't feel pressured to purchase at all. But we have always appreciated businesses that run simply by passion and honesty, we ended up buying a very beautiful beginner's set of drums for our son. We're also going to sign him up for lessons!

It was my first time visiting Murat at the Drummer's Hangout today! I can only say It definitely won't be my last visit.Wow... I can't express how amazing it felt when I got home with all my amazing sounding gear :)There are so many cool products, and so many great deals my only regret was not allocating more time to spend at the hangout - what an amazing atmosphere and experience - top notch service as Murat goes above and beyond with providing the best experience - he's super knowledgable and patient - and I really enjoyed learning about his experience in istanbul (visiting all the cymbal production factories) - I'll definitely remember not to have a huge lunch prior to my next visit as the team is extremely kind and hospitable - Large pizza lunch on me next time :)Post script: Thank you for the amazing drummer's hangout hat - my partner really liked the swag!

My favourite drum store by far. Well worth the drive from any part of Ontario, in my case Kitchener. It's a hangout" first and foremost. You go to the Hangout to chat about drums and hit things. No such thing as loitering here! It was fairly busy when I went there

I've only been once (as I live in Waterloo Region), but I look forward to my next visit. Murat runs a very customer-focused store. His knowledge and love of all things percussion are evident. He is incredibly welcoming.
