Service offered at a reasonable price when estimate was given over the phone, but the man was abrupt and rude. The condescending manner was enough to discourage me from giving this business my money, and so would go elsewhere.

Absolutely miserable owners. Trust all of the reviews, this place has the most awfulcustomer service I have ever experienced. The owners straight up ignored me and hid in the back, the miserable lady finally came out and when I asked her a question, she just said no and walked away. What a joke. Give your money to a shoe repair place that deserves your business and is owned by actual decent human beings. Wished I would of read the other reviews before I even went because I wouldn’t of even stepped foot in this shop. If you want to see misery personified, feel free to go and check this awful place out. Too bad these type of people exist out there.

Asked for leather half sole on dance shoes. He used man made materials the shoes are now in the garbage. He completely ruined them.

Seemed pleasant enough and showed us the same sole the other shoe repair shop did but for $10 cheaper. Price isn't everything, I love my Redwings and I won't trust them to anyone. Just didn't feel right.

Brought my shoes in for repair, cobbler inspected my shoes. Gave me a price I considered cheap for what I was asking done.Service was completed within three business days. I would recommend the service to anybody who wants the job done

Possibly the rudest person I've ever dealt with. I tried to call and ask if he could stretch the boot and he said i dont know and hung up on me. I brought them in to the store he said no buy the tool online and walked away from me to the back of the store and shut the door.

Horrible service. He ruined my $1100 sandals and kept saying it happens and that he no longer can fix it. Horrible service and will not take any responsibility. If you want your shoes to get ruined bring it here.

I came in last min, asking for a repair on my shoes. And He made it happen and didn’t overcharge me. I was very grateful !

The glue on my dress shoes was deteriorating so I took it in for regluein. The owner was just going to do the areas that glue was coming off , I asked him to do all the way around the shoes. Guess what he only did just the small areas and charged me an extra $11. I can't believe why the mall would allow a business person like him in the mall. By far the worst. Will never ever give this person my business.

I should have read the reviews before visiting the place. Not recommended at all. The person serving me was very rude and didn’t even try to understand the problem i had with the shoes I brought into repair. He had a take it or leave it attitude and just walked away while I was talking.
