Amazing customer service! Boh and Shawn went out of there way to make sure I was completely satisfied and even met me at the store after hours. Wow! 110% recommendations. Other bike shops don’t come even close to this level of service.

We purchased two hybrid bikes and helmets from Boh's. The customer service was outstanding. We had previously stopped in at two other bike shops in Regina that had next to no inventory. We are very happy! Thank you!

Stopped in from Regina earlier today to look and bikes and purchased a norco storm 3. Owners were very kind and greeted me right away, also assisted me in selecting the right size bike as well as some needed accessories. Also glad to see owners were respecting social distancing and maintained it by only allowing a few customers in the store at a time. I had a very great experience! If you’re searching for a place with well priced, quality brand, entry level to expert, cruisers to electric bikes and a place for tune ups or fixes, look no further!

Drove to Moose Jaw today from Edmonton to pick up a bike since everywhere else in western Canada is basically sold out. Found an XL Marin hybrid on the Boh’s website and paid in advance a few days ago. When we got here we found another bike that looked appealing. Boh’s let us test ride the two bikes to compare them. They spent a lot of time helping us make a decision without any pressure. They let us exchange the second bike for the first one without any hassle. I was so impressed with their excellent customer service, the number of staff they had on the floor as well as the number of bikes they had in stock. We ended up leaving happy with a new bike which was an Opus hybrid in an XL that just arrived in the store a day or two ago. So grateful for such a good experience especially after driving for seven hours:) I highly recommend this bike shop!

Love the new store front refresh and incredible bike inventory recently. Brittan and the team went above and beyond lining my up with the TacX Smart Stationary Bike. It has been one of the best purchases. The online connectivity to Zwift and other platforms makes fitness fun, enjoyable and challenging. #rideon

On a big bike tour and needed some tire and rear gearset love. These guys made sure I had what I needed on short/no notice and were unbelievably accommodating. Super nice people, and greatly recommended. I'd go there constantly if I lived in town.

Wow what an amazing selection staff is very knowledgable and friendly. Had a wonderful experience if you need a bicycle or bicycle mechanic, this is the place to go.
