Used to come in here all the time for bass equipment, after about 6 months after not coming in all the staff was different and the whole atmosphere changed. Me and a buddy were asking specific questions about a guitar and the staff member helping knew absolutely nothing about it, his answer every time was yea its a good guitar

The store is like a second home to me haha. Ive never been to a music store with a cooler owner! Nice dude! I’ve bought tons of stuff from here thanks again Music 21!

My 10 year old felt embarrassed to take her toy guitar for repair but the store owner was very supportive and made us feel welcome. He even showed how well the guitar plays after fixing it for her. Totally awesome place and will go out of my way to support this business.Keep up the great work!

What a store… they have a MASSIVE selection of guitars, amps and accessories (both new and used) and are priced better than the big box stores (Cosmo’s Music, Long & McQuade, Steve’s etc). This place is a hidden gem, I’ll definitely be coming back regularly.

Been coming here my entire life. The employees are always glad to help out and know their stuff very well. Also, they have one of the best guitar tech there is. Bryan has worked on all my guitars and always does a fantastic job.

This place is truly impressive. I walked in out of sheer curiosity as I am kinda getting into vinyl collecting. I think it was the owner but who ever he was (longer hair white guy) was so helpful and easy to speak with. Guy who worked there was super helpful also. Too bad i didn't have more time, prices were very fair and selection is best i've seen to be honest. I need to go back and will be going back when i'm finally ready to buy a record player and more records.

Stay away from Amazon for all your music and instrument needs and choose a local music shop like music 21. Kent was really helpful and went above and beyond and not only gave my son some impromptu tips but also gave him words of encouragement. I highly recommend visiting them and support a local store instead of big box stores and online junkyards.
