Terrible service - from airport the driver took a terrible route and charged me $76, then asked for a tip. Also argued with me that it wasn't his fault because he was putting in the address and it gave him the wrong location. AND no meter in the car - just on a phone.

It is new year's day, this taxi driver plate shown in photo was excessively speeding , cut the solid lines on the left to pass us, hit the breaks , then as you can see cut again on the right to pass the family infront of us causing them to emergency break all WHILE on the phone ! Then sped away like a bat out of hell. This is a one lane highway merge , this was so beyond dangerous. This man should never be driving for a taxi company, this really does not look good for taxi bonjour. He put so many families in danger to save 2 seconds of merge time. Unacceptable

Scheduled a taxi for a flight, no showed, no call they were going to be late, no follow up, left me on hold for 20+ minutes until I gave up. nearly missed a flight because of these people, never ever schedule through these negligent people.

Had scheduled a pick up way in advance to bring me to the airport. Waited 5 minutes after my pickup time to call the company to which they told me they hadn’t sent anyone and essentially forgot. Told me someone would be there in 15 minutes. Sure enough 15 minutes later no one arrived so I had to drive myself to the airport to park my car there and pay for it. On the way to the airport a driver had called me and told me they would only arrive in 20 minutes. Nice job Bonjour taxi. Will never be using your service ever again.

My family of 5 (including 3 young kids) pre-ordered a taxi to take us to our train station for a trip. The company emailed us the day before to confirm all the details. The morning of our departure, the taxi never showed up and no one responded when we contacted them. Thankfully we ordered another taxi from a nearby hotel but we nearly missed our train.

Terrible. We called them in the evening to take a taxi to the airport the next morning. They didn't show up on time. After we called them, they lied that the taxi was just 2 min away, and they showed up 20 min late, so we almost missed our plane.

Booked online a week before, got multiple emails to confirm the booking, called the morning of to confirm, and name was never in the system. e booking not reliable

We're a family of 5 were going to Mexico. So, we had 2 suitcases and 4 carry-ons. Therefore, we needed a minivan to fit in with all our luggage.On their website, I booked a taxi to aeroport a week in advance and a taxi on our way back home upon arrival. I got a confirmation, but I still called them to make sure they will be on time since the trip will be in the middle of major traffic hours. They assured me that a taxi will be on time!So, the time came and we are waiting... 5-7 minutes... Nothing! I called them. They asked me do you need a taxi?! Oh well..Yes, of course! They told me that they will send one. The taxi came 35 minutes late.By the time, I got to the aeroport I was already 1.5 hrs late.. Fortunately, we made it, but I had very bad experience with this reservation... I called them next day and gave them hard time about it. They assured me that a taxi will be waiting for me in aeroport, even if my flight will be delayed. Ok !...So, we landed tired, exhausted with connecting flight but on time... Guess what?! The Bonjour taxi was waiting for us ? Of course, not! This time, I had enough and took first available cab to get home.Well, I will never use their service again, never! Definitely, Uber is way to go if you want reliable service at reasonable price!

Ordered taxi to airport, driver never showed up.Manager even lie to us that she had contacted the driver to make sure we won't missed the flight.But no one never call, so we had to drive ourselves to the airport and paid for parking for 3wOn top of thatOur order was 7:30pm, out neighbor told us taxi showed up at 9 pm and our flight was 930pm

I booked a taxi in advance to take my family to the airport. I received and email confirmation and spoke with someone on the phone, to make sure that it was indeed confirmed. The person on the phone assured me that our ride was confirmed. The taxi never showed up and no-one picked up our call at their call center when we needed support. This is unacceptable. We will never use this company again. Thankfully, another company came through for us, charged us less than what we were going to pay with Bonjour and we did not miss our flight.
