Don’t waste your money here. This is not real food. The bacon and eggs were undercooked and definitely microwaved. Service was bad, they came to check on us at the end of the “meal”. A diner that can’t even make an egg properly.

Hands down the worst breakfast of my life. Stringy, fatty uncooked bacon. Unclear whether the scrambled eggs were powdered or came from a bottle, but they certainly were not freshly cracked. Charged and served an adults french toast for my son despite him ordering by pointing at the kids menu. Mediocre service at best. Restaurant itself is a dump with piles of unused or broken furniture in the corner. Do not eat here.

Food was good. We had two different type of omelette.Waitress on the other hand - subpar. We have been in Alberta for a week now and never once we experienced such bad service. Never check in with us, took extremely long to take order even though it’s not peaked period and seems bothered when we asked for hot sauce. To be fair though, the rest of the staff seems nice, it’s just this one lady. Just hope you’re not served by her (the shortest waitress here) if you decide to visit this branch.

Good family restaurant serving typical brunch fare at reasonable prices for Jasper. Waiter was very nice and helped us when we were in a rush to check out. Skillets are a must try.

Food served in good size and reasonably priced considering it is Jasper. Convenient location. Clean place and nice staff.Maybe serve juice and water in bigger glasses?

Where do I start? The men's bathroom was disgusting, (girls was clean but stained and outdated), the dining room could use a severe cleaning. There was sauce on the windows, dead bugs in the window track, floors were dirty.This made us concerned about the kitchen and food. Kids meal was fine and chicken quesadillas we're good! My husband ordered the International Breakfast- the sausages were dry, fake scrambled eggs, Eggo waffle?? And limp bacon. It was edible as we're were starving, but should have waited to get to Hinton instead!The staff appeared to be more preoccupied with each other than keeping customers happy and keeping the place clean! Time for a renovation IMO!!!

We went for lunch and never had my expectations been slashed so much.Service: we were waited on by a really nice sweet person. I think she was new because we had to reiterate everything. Not that we mind repeating, but noone likes to be served incorrectly multiple times. Above all, the diner wasn't even busy - it was barely at 20% capacity.Cleanliness: The plates were not clean. Enough said. There may have been a shortage of clean dishes because the hostess came so many times to clear away each of our dishes.Food: Our main focus was the food. If you serve a good hot meal with bad service, most people won't complain. We ordered herb marinaded chicken with a side of mashed gravy and roasted turkey. The chicken barely had any herbs and it was so bone dry that your initial reaction would be to squeeze the hell out of the grilled lemon, thereby making it too acidic. The plain white rice has to be sadly married to the mashed gravy to be edible. The gravy was clearly a premixed type and not homemade. I didn't order the turkey for myself, so I wont be a good judge - but if a restaurant is providing packaged cranberry sauce, I would rather shop at a gas station for food. The cook didn't know anything about presentation - the food is just put on the plate.Price: It was affordable (20-25$) and it is no excuse for the poor food.We ate to fill our hunger and not our souls.
