Muhammad is an incredible person, and his service is second to none. He is extremely present and patient in figuring out the specifics of your problem. This allows him to Take very thoughtful actions to remedy the issue. He basically tackled our problem in one day, and followed up relentlessly until he was satisfied that it was 100 percent over. I rate his services 1000 out of 10.

We called Muhammad after 3 weeks of experiencing bug bites at night. He came and inspected the house, but we couldn't find any evidence of bugs other than all the bites. He thought we just had a few bugs rather than an infestation and advised us on where and how to clean. I appreciated his honesty - he didn't try to sell us an expensive treatment that we didn't need. A few days later things were not adding up. The bites kept happening but we still never found any evidence. We finally caught a couple of them on some sticky tape and Muhammad came over to identify them - ends up they are rat mites rather than bed bugs. They require a different treatment which we can do ourselves and Muhammad gave us all the information we need to tackle it. Again, he was honest and helped us.

Muhammad was great. I should have called him a lot earlier instead of trying to spray myself. He knows what he is doing and loves doing it. He does follow up visits and I haven’t seen any in a few weeks and there were lots. It seemed expensive to me but I don’t know what the going rates are because I have never had to deal with this problem. I would highly recommend him and please call as soon as you see the first bug. There are always lots more.

Do yourself a favour and avoid the scam that is this service. I consulted the individual over the phone who proceeds to ask me my name and ethnicity, which is frankly unprofessional. Treating bed bugs is a difficult process and people like him try to make money off of people’s fear with no guarantee of anything working. When I get to asking for more comprehensive and concise information about how much things will cost to treat and what treatments will be provided, I receive no answer. I learned more about where the individual is from than what they actually do. Avoid if you are seeking honest answers and actual treatment.Edit: the response has me out here laughing bc I know the spokesperson didn’t write this. Trying to invalidate someone’s opinion bc they didn’t put money in your pocket is ridiculous. It’s a routine with this company, trying to invalidate negative opinions at any stage. My review still stands !

I had a bed bug issue back in 2017 and I had called another service and they recommended an extreme measure that just didn't feel right. I found this company, the gentleman came and did a thorough inspection and only recommended a deep cleaning of the localized area that the bed bugs were. It was such a relief that I didn't have to do the steam cleaning as recommended at first. He was professional and very educated!! He came in a plain white van and really tried to explain the science of the situation. He seemed really educated on the manner and made me feel not so panicked about the whole thing. I highly recommend.

Muhammad is an honest, trustworthy business owner. I have a deep paranoia about bed bugs because of being scammed into believing I had them by another company. When Muhammed came in and did a detailed inspection on my home, he reassured me that I had no evidence of the bug. Muhammed has also made himself accessible to any questions and concerns I may have, and readily speaks to me on the phone when I panic regarding my phobia. In this day and age, it is rare to find a professional as educated as Muhammad. I would highly recommend him, in this field of work!

Bedbug inspection and solutionTenants on the second floor of our father’s home complained about bedbugs in March 2020.. After reading Pest Solutions reviews I knew Muhommed was the exterminator for us. He's working all the time but was able to spend some time on the phone doing a pre assessment. On time for our appointment, very well prepared for COVID 19 and extremely knowledge about bugs given his 2 degrees in Entomology. The study of insects. Once in our house, he went for the hotspots and immediately found evidence of bedbugs. He thoroughly went through each room. After the inspection he gave me his recommendations on a treatment plan and a written report. Unfortunately, the tenants were not cooperative with what was needed for a complete treatment. Muhommed said he could do a bandage" chemical spray but it would not work to resolve the issue. In his honest opinion

My family has tried calling pest control for our coach infestation a few times before but they would always come back. Muhammad's approach to the extermination has been different but MOST SUCCESSFUL! Muhammad guaranteed that he would come back as many times as needed to ensure that we were 100% roach free. He worked timely, professionally and in my opinion the price is extremely fair for the work he does. My family and I are EXTREMELY SATISFIED with his work!
