The receptionist isn’t a helpful person, and very rudeI called for an appointment,she was questioning me to many information,which one I don’t like to give over the phone!Why she need to much information to book an appointment?!So unhappy with their service!

Please cancel appt. on Mar.14, for xray & ultra sound on both shoulders, I waited 1-1/2 hours for just the xray so I left.. I made a appointment with York Radiology & made the appointment the next day. I should have been advised it would take that long of a wait.

Not great! X-ray is walk in but then the line up is for hours and the technician has to have lunch and no replacement! So yeah, if u can do at another place, do it! Ultrasound is also challenging, depends on the technician u will get.

All the staff are rude, they have no patience, they don't even listen to you, the privacy is poorly done, the replacement gowns break when you rip them, and even then they don't care and let you walk out in the broken gowns! It's so embarrassing.

Fantastic experience with my ultrasound technician. She explained to me everything clearly near the end of the operation unlike most technicians who do their job mechanically.

Not even worth one star. Had to wait over 1.5 hrs. for an x-ray despite pre-booked appointmet in person, not online. Now they say it is first come first served eventhough they sent me the appointment confirmation. They should have not taken appointment. No apologies, of course.

I had ultrasound in this clinic today. My waiting time wasn't much like around 10 mins( it was close to my appt time) The reciption were friendly. But the technician wasn't professional. She was very rude and It was really terrible experience, never seen this behaviour before in this type of services. She seems accurate to do the ultrasound( I'm not 100% sure cause it was my first experience) and also was friendly at the end but I can confirm her attitude during the tests was super bad!! I would never get back to this place. Hope they consider these reviews as other ppl had the same experiences!

The technician was so rude, questioning me why my doctor had sent me there for ultrasound and waisting her time because she thought it's not relative to my disease!!! (Is she a doctor or what) also during the ultrasound very rudely asked me to not move my leg that much or this much it's hurting her wrest !!! And I was in so much pain that even couldn't bend my knee. I will never ever go back to that location.

Very bad service. No ATM machine. I have to drive more than 20 minutes to hit cash . False phone answering messages. Wrong woring hours message . Front desk very unprofessional. No manager to complain
