called first thing in the morning to book a service got an appointment for 4 in the afternoon. Got into town to pick up a couple things shortly before my appointment and then got a call from someone saying they were over booked and couldn’t do my hair.Very disappointed ☹️

Amazing customer service and awesome hair cut / beard trim. I called in requesting for an urgent appointment - not only did they accommodate me, Jen and her team also made me feel very comfortable. Jen fixed the mess I had in my hair and gave me a perfect haircut. Apparently she’s also good with beards. Highly recommend this location and Jen personally.

We had a great experience with this First Choice (as out of towners). Anne was super friendly and gave my 10 year old a great cut he was very happy with. Perfect length!When we called for an appointment we able to get in for the next day. In a small world turn of events she happened to be the stylist who worked at our home-town F.C.! Felt like home.When we got back to our campgrounds my son beat his brother at ring toss. “It’s because of my haircut” he said. We have a winner! :DThanks Anne for the cut and for the tips about local places to see.

We just moved here about 5 months ago. And needed to find a new stylist. Made an appt this morning and Robin cut my son's hair. She did a great job.i was kinda in a silent panic mode because our usual hair dresser knew his hair. But Robin nailed it. She was super friendly and kept checking in to make sure she was doing what he wanted.

Robin was fantastic.she asked me the style I want and delivered a great result. I will be definitely going back. And regarding the wait time the place was running little late with the scheduled appointments. Mine was delayed by 15 minutes.

Booked an appt, waited over 30mins to have to wait longer, had things to do, wasted my time 9f going there for nothing at all. Why have bookings?
