Was hesitant to bring my Jeep into the dealership due to the bad rap dealerships tend to get, however I was presently surprised with the service team at Rivershore. Lanny and his team were excellent to deal with, friendly, professional and most important… honest. When they diagnosed the faulty part and I asked if all needed to be replaced they gave me their honest assessment avoiding unnecessary costs. Thanks guys, I’ll be back!

After going through the stress of being involved in a collision and then dealing with the “insurance company” I was pleasantly surprised with the friendly atmosphere of the dealership. Scotty Mac was knowledgeable and with a few questions able to find the right vehicle to suit my needs. The rest of the team wasted little time in putting the details together. The Service Team at Rivershore were excellent - while on a road trip my car developed a serious engine malfunction. The problem was diagnosed in a timely fashion (given the busy summer season) and the repair/replacement was undertaken as quickly as possible. Most importantly, they kept me informed all the way through the process and were courteous and helpful from beginning to end.
