McEwan Fine Foods

Lovely store, packed to the gills with quality meets, cheeses, bottled sauces, and so on. I always enjoy the hot/cold food counter. Only knock, really, is the high prices, but you do get a premium experience. I really respect Chef McEwan, and this store reflects his brand well.

Our order was delivered efficiently and pleasantly to our daughter. She opened all the goodies on a zoom call so we could experience her joy over everything.The flowers are just beautiful, and each food item looks fresh and delicious .The lovely Dufflet cakelet was a piece-de- resistance.We appreciate the care that was taken to put all the goodies together.Thank you very much to the all the folks who organized this lovely surprise for our girl!A very happy customer,Carole Myers(London, ON)

Love it here. Great food and great service. The ready made pastas are a hit with the whole family, and a healthier alternative to drive through food.

Found Another place where they sell the croissant wheel. Though this one has a different variety of flavours. They Have; Tutti Cream, Hazelnut, Lemon, and Chocolate. Though they are introducing some new flavours once in a while just check there page.

I was pleasantly surprised when I walked into McEwen's, it's got such great variety for the space & it's so much bigger on the inside then I would have guessed!From ready made meals, deli, produce, cookware, body care, it was all there!I kind of expected the prices to be bougie rich, but it was a range depending on the source like bakery vs veggies. But the quality was undeniable, I found my vegan cheese & gluten free items easily.There are high end items, so you have a selection, but you do have more average grocery store pricing for great quality food. A mix, but definitely a foodie haven, if you love food you need to try this place out... They have the most unique products, chocolate skulls & dessert sushi to name a few! I have been converted, has way better quality items then my local grocery store. They sell flowers, greeting cards & pharmacy type things, but specialty market items you don't see everywhere! Great for last minute presents or doing a party, they do catering as well. This grocery store is well worth a try & then you walk around this beautiful mall after. Parking close by in the parkade or on the street, lots of other local stores for shopping like LCBO & Starbucks (special location with cold brew coffee). Mornings can be busy, afternoons seem better, lots of staff available to assist if you have questions. They use paper grocery bags & plastic. The staff are very nice & thoughtful.

2022 October 4★A classy supermarket offering a unique variety and hard to find selection of goods, both groceries, fresh produce, seafood, ready to cook meats, deli as well as a prepared foods section.Aisles are tightly packed, but that's because of the sheer selection and limited space. There's some quality food here. Though it is certainly reflected in the price.Seasonal products as well as a limited selection of kitchenware also available.Small outdoor sitting area during warmer weather.Great stop for culinary artists looking for some unique selections.Parking free in the shopping plaza.

McEwan's is a higher-end supermarket, so expect higher prices, but also a good selection of premium products as well. We often visit because they carry products from local bakeries and eateries that we like. Although the variety may be more limited than going to the actual bakery/restaurant, it saves us a trip downtown when we can't spare the time.McEwan's also has a nice variety of specialty items like candy/chocolate, snacks, and sauces and dry goods that you might not find in your typical grocery store.The store is clean and well-maintained, and the employees are typically friendly and helpful.

We ordered Easter dinner at McEwan. The food is definitely fine dinning quality. The beef tenderloin was amazing. Not cheap but this is one of the best food you can have during lockdown.
