Super slow took me 20m to deposit a cheque thats on the account for very long time. They told me new westminster savings is still converting to prospera and their in the middle of a merge it has been a full year ! Of merging . Slowest bank ever inconvenience

Their website is the most user unfriendly of all the banking institutions.Since amalgamating with prospera, waiting re phone calls - kept on line for ever waiting for someone to answer.

I have been dealing with the branch for quite a few years. Mostly it was helpful, lately I have been having some issues with assigned account manager. But Kulveer Nandha and Mona Jhanda in this branch are exceptionally great and goes way beyond to make the experience joyful.

Now that branch has merged with Prospera the customer service is terrible. Have asked several times about our investment portfolio over last 18 months and keep hearing an adviser will contact us. NadaWith this kind of service there should be an option for zero stars!Ed Painter

zero star. No updates on website branch was closed on saturday .Even it is not posted outside the branch and this is happened twice to me.
