Service Restoration

I returned home from a trip to find a pipe burst in my basement, flooding certain areas. They were there within an hour to begin the cleanup. Very professional and friendly. Each person had their own area of expertise and everything was returned to what it had been prior to the flooding. When 100 year old asbestos floor tiles were found, they contacted the appropriate people to do remediation, replacing with new tiles and making my home safer. I highly recommend Service Restoration and would definitely use them again.

We had some flooding in our basement and called Service Restoration to help us sort it out. Clinton and PJ arrived quickly and got to work. Both of them were friendly and professional and got the work done in a timely manner. They did a great job in drying out the place. Would recommend these two to anyone.

On the evening of December 25th 2021, our families had gotten together and at about 8pm it was noticed that the lower level of my parents’ house had very wet carpeting. After quickly assessing the cause of a lot of water, we shut off the main line into the house and began cleaning up with wet/dry vacs and moving a lot of items to an area that the water had not spread to.Once we figured that the amount of water was too much, we contacted our insurance company (State Farm) and they pointed us to Service Restoration. Service Restoration had someone at the house Christmas Day night about 10:30 pm and he did a quick assessment of the situation and by midnight Service Restoration had a crew there, removing soaked carpeting, cutting sheetrock and dehumidifiers humming right away to begin to dry things out.Fast forward a few days and not only did Aaron have every portion of the restoration setup, but because my mother was in home hospice, Aaron was able to put his guys in a holding pattern so that mom could have her final days in quite surroundings and her family by her side. Aaron and his team have a great bedside manner and come from a place of understanding, not just being about business.Once possible to begin work, Aaron was on top of things, always keeping the family in the loop of each and every step. Even though it was not needed, Service Restoration would follow up with us every week to make sure things were going as planned with Aaron and his people. That was always a quick call as I did not have any concerns about any of the work that was being done.If you have a choice in who can help rebuild a loss of your home, I would not hesitate to contact Service Restoration. If you are lucky enough to have Aaron running the show, you will not be disappointed!

It was by sheer accident that I stumbled across Service Restoration. My husband called me while I was at work, because our entire finished downstairs was flooding with sewer water. Panicked, I googled sewer remediation. Service Restoration was the second number I called. Kyle answered right away and was at my house and assembling a crew within an hour. Incidentally, the first company I called and left a message with never even returned the call. The remediation crew busted their butts. The flooding happened on Good Friday. They were there sucking up water, placing industrial fans, tearing out drywall, removing chlorine, sanitizing and more until well after 8:00 p.m. on Friday, most of the day on Saturday, and even on Easter Sunday to make sure things were drying out. Once the remediation was complete, Adam took over as the restoration contractor. He handled ordering all the materials, arranging the subcontractors, and keeping everything on schedule. He was awesome at communicating the plan both by texting and phone, and we never once had to worry about what was going on with the house while we were at work. Throughout the process, Bridget (the senior coordinator) stayed in touch with us, the team, and made sure that our insurance adjuster had everything they needed. In a world full of undependable service crews, this wasn't unexpected and very welcome blessing. They made what was a stressful circumstance so much better, and we are very thankful to them. From A to Z they did a terrific job. I would not hesitate to recommend them to family and friends, and the certainly be my first call in the horrifying thought that something similar happens again. Do yourself a favor and call for any project that you might need. Better yet-- put this company's contact number in your phone so it's ready to go if an emergency ever happens. Service Restoration was an amazing company to work with through a very difficult experience when our home flooded on Christmas Eve and forced us to relocate. They were quick and responsive getting the water removed and mitigating damage. Their work crews were awesome and very respectful. The company was absolutely wonderful. I had to call them late at night with a water problem, they came and removed the water promptly. The guys were very cordial, they would call and let me know when they were coming as they were monitoring the drying of the floor and walls They explained everything thoroughly before they did anything, I was really impressed with their service. I also liked that a gentleman would call from their office to see how things were going and to see if we had any questions. I would highly recommend this company
