They closed for full day without any given notice, there were lots of clients coming for their passport etc..

Their service is absolute night mare, probably the worst. In India it is much better, organized given their massive population, here they struggle even with 10-12 people. 1. Online appointment is like just dropping a note online and wait endlessly for 3-4 days until someone calls. 2. If you walkin just plan to wait for the whole day 6 hrs minimum. 3 it is not that the officers there are busy. It is that casual slow turn over and people handling. I can see counters empty and officers doing nothing. It is pathetic, worst passport centre on the planet. Extremely dissatisfied, serving faster is a joke to them. .4. The worst is they cannot even provide seats and people just sit on the floor outside.

Pretty frustrating when you drive in after a huge snowstorm just to pick up passports and the office is randomly temporarily closed" with nothing posted online as a heads-up. Hard enough when they are only open during the hours we have to work - when you make time to go and they are closed is not cool."

Staff here is very friendly, professional and quick response. Very helpful to new immigrant.

They asked me to fill in a form for the first time I went there for I didn't have a guarantor and then when I prepared everything and went there they said I could not use that form because I was in Canada for more than two years.1. Why didn't they ask me before giving me that form and making me go back for nothing again? I lost money and time!2. If someone does not have a guarantor, why would you ask him/her to find one from another province whom he/she met, isn't there really more efficient way to help people?

The masks" tgey provide are the most uncomfortable and restrictive i have ever worn. They actually hurt your face. I don't understand how nobody is here but I waited over an hour to scan 3 documents."

The place is located inside corner building, first floor, and it is advised to take appointment. The staff were friendly I got my work done very fast, they maintain strict social distance protocol.

Amazing staff, employees here are so nice, was here for passports multiple times, SIN, and all went great with a professional experience, keep the good work guys
