Wow - received phenomenal service here, and store was super clean and organized. Needed a straight bracket and the salesperson I approached looked and found 3 separate items and hunted me down in the store to see if any of the items would work. Compared to Dartmouth, NS, this is a much cleaner and more helpful store.

My experience was OK Had to spend more money to get what I needed ⁷ made (hydraulic hoses)All I can say is the small parts is what costs the most. So make sure Just bring your hose with you,it will help.

I've never had a staff member that wasn't polite and ready to help out. I've also never been able to go into the store without buying something (credit to the store, pain to the bank account lol). Power fist is a good brand. But if you need a great" brand

Excellent staff with an amazing selection of auto, home and farm supplies. Excellent website features easy inventory look up which saves you a trip. Surplus hood aisle has a number of name brand offerings for home, hobby and shop at low prices. Store is always worth a wander!

Based on the website for the store I visited in Brandon it said it had the item in stock that I was looking for in fact it was half price so I drove all the way there only to find out it was more likely a bait and switch because they had many of the item I was looking for but not the one that was on for half price nowhere to be found the staff was somewhat helpful but offered no explanation. The guy working the cash register was kind of rude must have been a long day I guess.

A good store to check out for deals and items you need for vehicles, trailers and workshops. Helpful staff and honest customer service. I would prefer to see some better quality tools, but they do seem to be moving more in that direction recently.
