Awful doctor. Horrible bedside manor. Barley makes eye contact. Arrogant. Doesn’t listen to you or seem to really care. Enjoys telling patients “it’s all in your head” AND he believes cannabis is an opioid and narcotic !!! EDuCATE YOUR SELF

Worst dr I have ever seen. He is rude, condescending, cold and doesn't listen to anything you're saying. He didn't answer any of my questions then gave me a prescription for I'm not even sure when because he didn't tell me anything. I refuse to go back to him. If you go to ratemd.com you'll see a ton more horrible reviewsTrust me 1 star was generous

I had bowel resections due to cancer over a year ago and as a result find my life ruled by painful diarrhea. My appt with D Fituri was a telephone consult in which he yelled at me for the details of my patient history, and berated me for not having a stool test prior to the appointment (yes, that’s up to my GP). He actually asked “what do you expect me to do”? He did order stool and blood tests and when I didn’t hear back I phoned for a follow up, to find out the doctor declined to see me further.I’m noticing the positive reviews here are from men and have to wonder if Dr. Fituri has difficulties communicating with women. Still, OHIP shouldn’t pay him for his unhelpful patronizing approach.

Absolutely the worst experience and absolutely humiliating visit. I left his office in tears because he would not answer my questions. I was diagnosed with cirrhosis of the liver due to nash. He spent maybe 2 minutes with me after waiting months for his appointment. My physician thankfully has been amazing with his care for me.

the worst Specialist in the city! never answered any calls goes on vacation 8 months of the year and if you miss one appointment he drops you as a patient. there is a reason why everyone gives this doctor 1 star is because they don't give an option to give zero stars which he DESURVES!! i hope people read this before they decide to go to this joke of a specialist. you can't treat people this way and expect to stay in business!!

Keeps changing the appointment because he’s busy…..I do not understand why he doesn’t have a minute for a phone appointment when this is the third time time reschedule..

My family doctor referred me with this dr Fituri because he was concerned about my liver. This doctor told me I’m overweight without see me or taking actual weight. He assumed that and gave me a diagnose assuming I’m overweight. He does not listen to any questions or any of your concerns, he only assumed. After asking a second opinion another doctor told me, definitely I am not overweight and that is nothing to do with my liver problems. Definitely don’t waste your time and health with this doctor.

I waited for this call for 3 months after losing 17 pounds and dealing with horrible pain in my stomach. I told him my GP had reason to suspect Gastritis. He responded with ‘your doctor can’t diagnose gastritis, only I can’. Duh, that’s why I’m seeing you…I asked for a scope and mentioned my doctor recommended it. He told me he doesn’t have the time. Immediately told me to take medication without even seeing me face to face.To say he was condescending is an understatement. This doctor evidently does not care about the well-being of his patients. He is rude, blunt, and I will be looking for a new specialist immediately. Don’t waste your time.
