Pedi was great but the gel French manicure on my natural nails was terrible. Not only was it a first experience with UV gel polish (aka Shellac), but it was in advance of my wedding. I had even shown the technician a photo of what I wanted, but went home with wobbly white tips and tiny bird claw shaped nails. Even more disappointing is that my nails were scratched up and chipped within the week.

I wasn't able to relax, during the massage session, i have had several massages, and had no problems, but it was stressful, she was concentrating to much in my medical history, i filled a medical form, i think the massage shouldn't have being about talking, more about my illnesses, i was in pain and i only relaxed with the facil and pedicure. I am not sure i will be back. Because i previously had Massages and had left with no pain. Sorry but for the price, i was hoping for a better experience.

Such an awesome first time experience! Clean environment and hairdressers were professional and friendly! Loved how the salon has a dim setting for the hair washing area, it makes it even more relaxing! The hairdressers were also welcoming. Even though I din't have an appointment, they accommodated me WITH A SMILE! Sonia was amazing! I showed her pics of how short I wanted my hair and she knew exactly what she was doing. Super happy with how my hair turned out. Not gonna be my last time that's for sure!

Christelle is amazing, I’ve gotten my hair highlighted, cut and styled several times from her. She does exactly what you want and always gets everything just right. She ensures that you walk out of the salon with exactly what you wanted. She takes her time and makes sure no mistakes are made, she listens to what you want and constantly tells you what’s she’s doing to your hair so you know what’s going on. I am super pleased with the service she’s given every time I see her and I refuse to get my hair done by any other salon!

I absolutely love this salon, every time I go its such a calm and clean environment. the girls working there are so sweet, professional and knowledgable. it is definitely a bit more expensive but worth every penny. I will keep going back and I just love everything over all with this spa. quality over quantity.

Very expensive for a ok grade service. I stopped going here a few years back. Appointments aren't on time. Nice people.

Love my massages with Veronique, I'm an overthinker who has trouble relaxing during most appointments but I feel I can let go and be fully at ease here. Great service all around

Amazing, fun, and friendly staff! Melissa did my make up for an event and it was perfection! I left feeling beautiful and confident. I got so many compliments at the event too! Highly recommend!

I had two days in the city and really needed a haircut. I booked my appointment weeks in advance, and on the day of, the hairdresser was sick, which happens no big deal. But I don't like the hair cut I got with the level 1 hairdresser they gave me instead. The receptionist assured me she was qualified, but I disagree! It looks so weird! I thought it did, but I don't know enough about hair so I didn't feel confident enough to say anything. But it's ugly! And besides the hairdresser didn't have the best people skills either. She asked me if I'd recently given birth (I haven't) and she told me I looked tired and asked if I worked nights. I had to tell her 'that's just my face' so she'd drop it! I live really far and there are no hairdressers here, so I have to live with this haircut for a few months :'( :'(. My nails and eyebrows were great, but I don't think I'll be returning to this salon anymore.**If the photo is not showing up properly (some kind of glitch happens when I click it) try clicking my name to see it properly. I don't know anything about hair, but that's a bad haircut!
