Dr. Rai is very knowledgeable in his field of practice. Although busy, during my visit, he gave me sufficient time. He listened to me patiently about my symptoms and analyzed them carefully. He gave me his opinion in detail and explained the treatment plan.The office staff was very helpful as well.I would highly recommend Dr. Rai to anyone who may require his services.

Amazing Rheumatologist! Dr. Rai is very knowledgeable and does proper research of his patients and their lab/image results before seeing them. He is very easy to talk to and takes the time to answer peoples' questions and discuss their plan of action. That being said..I had to take one star off for his horribly rude secretary/front desk person. She not only speaks rudely but never picks up nor answers calls. Very difficult to deal with. I wish she'd learn some courtesy and conversational skills or be replaced altogether. Ruins the fabulous treatment service provided by Dr. Rai.

One of the best doctors.Very knowledgeable. Was not able to put my foot on the ground or turn in bed 3 months ago. Now I am able to go to work and my mobility has returned 100 percent. I got my life back. Knowledgeable doctor,easily approachable and clinic is clean and well maintained

I dont really grade dostors, but It's hard to find specialists with good bedside manners these days (seriously, finding needle in haystack might be easier), so it is great that Dr. Rai has an amazing attitude and friendliness to his demeanor. His appts at least for are on time and receptionist also been customer focused. Great service.

I have been a patient of Dr. Rai for three years. Since his diagnosis of my autoimmune disease he has shown that he has an in depth understanding in his field of expertise. He is very patient and his actions show that he truly cares about helping his patients achieve the best quality of life possible. I have been in tears more than once in his office and he has shown so much compassion and understanding. I HIGHLY recommend BramEast Rheumatology!
