Had the pleasure to purchase my latest car with Empire Auto and I must say I’m extremely pleased with my experience! I’ve had the chance of working in the car industry and buy a lot of cars and in different countries but this was one of not the most seamless experience I’ve had. Amazingly knowledgeable staff great vendor. My salesman was Serge and I was also helped by Mike and they both were extremely accommodating, knowledgeable, upfront and honest. The selection of vehicles they have in stock is impressive and only top of the line cars are on offer. The véhicule i bought from them is impeccable and even if it’s 2 years old it feels new. All in all if you are on the market for a car you should definitely consider this garage. I feel safe to say you will also have an amazing experience if you shop or buy from them.

They have great selection of cars and trucks but there is a lot of room for improvement for their customer service and communication. I purchased a truck and it failed a safety test and center console wasn’t operational. I had to do a lot of running around to get everything in order and all the fees occurred were never reimbursed. Bobby is a gentleman and tries to resolve everything but he is get overwhelmed with all the issues. They take a lot of time to get back to you for everything.

Went to empire auto looking for an SUV … wasn’t to sure if I was going to get excepted for finance ! Talked to my rep ludovic ( nice young man ) gave my info and got approved in less then 4 hours … I got a nice 7 passenger Volvo black 2020 !!! Very clean . Very happy with my purchase … I would also like to say thank you to Lui the service manager very professional in taking care of replacing my brakes and pads , giving me a curtesy car and dropping my truck home !!! Wow thank you once more for the great service guys !

Don t lose your money and your time on inspections. They hide problems and the millage is not real

Your sales staff, Étienne Bélanger, decided to label me with derogatory names when I made an offer of $108K plus delivery for a vehicle that was listed at $110K.Break that offer down, that's $2k delivery max and $2k off the asking price? That's 3.64% off the asking price.Very unprofessional conduct for any sales associate.He even did so via text and feared zero recorse so this must be a common tactic amongst your sales staff - to degrade customers to pay more than your sticker price?I have better places to spend my money.

Amazing experience. Helped by Saad with purchasing of Ford Explorer 2018. Whole process took barely few hours including financing. They have a really good collection of cars.

They sold me a used car that had a carbon monoxide leak into the car and they told me it was safe. My mechanic called me right away when I dropped it off letting me know how dangerous this car was. I know they deal in luxury cars, and people buying them don’t read reviews, but I cannot express how much you should not buy a used car from them. Not only did they sell me a dangerous car, they were also extremely pushy and rude salespeople. Once again, stay away from this dealership if in the used car market.
