I, like a few others it seems, have had a rather unpleasant experience with Seven Seas. The first delay we experienced was on pick-up, where we had to leave our belongings outside and leave to the airport because the driver did not arrive at the time agreed upon.Delivery was also a day late, after I had taken time off to receive the goods. Worst of all the agents (multiple different people handing my account) did not call me to say the delivery would be late.Goods arrived and one box was missing as well.Price was good, service not.

I have a terrible experience when I asked for a quotation and after service"I was asking to get the delivery service from HKG to YVR. The staff told me that it was about CAD$ 140 for one 30KG parcel and I told them I only need 2 maxi boxes to send out but finally gave me another wrong quotation (10 boxes) via email. Communication is not great and takes a little longer than expected, BUT, they are reliable.

Very good experience with Seven Seas, super easy drop off and even through the COVID-19 situation they got the package i needed delivered, to the door within the time scheduled. Customer service reps were very friendly. Carl in the call center was very helpful in getting me set up to send my package

These people are scammers. They ask to measure your boxes and than ad up 4cm or 2cm on each side to increase the quotation! And of course, when your shipment is already collected at tgeir warehouse. Such a bad service, especially when they say reliability and transparency are their values.

We have used Sevenseas twice (2018&2019) between Canada and Australia and both experience was excellent. We used only boxes the first time - free packing supplies were delivered then picked up promptly. Communication was 5* as well and just about 90days we had them delivered at the destination. 2nd time we used a large moving cube - everything went smoothly as well.The only con is that door to door service doesn’t apply to too many locations outside of the big city/port area so a bit challenging if you are sending or picking up goods that are in another city.

I waited all day for the scheduled collection of my stuff - never happened. Called the hotline (number is pretty hidden on the website but the customer service was friendly at least) and was told that apparently UPS tried and failed to collect. I didn't leave the house for a single minute all day and can guarantee that no attempt was made! No UPS paper left in the mail either. Absolutely ridiculous. Now I will have to schedule ANOTHER collection, take ANOTHER full day off work because no precise pick up times can be given and probably wait ANOTHER 10 hours or more.Similar situation when they dropped off the pack material and empty boxes by the way, with the difference that it actually arrived eventually (at 10pm, four hours later than the delivery range given, which was 9am to 6pm).This is such a pain before the journey even starts, I'm extremely frustrated.

Great service and really good website

Professional and clear communication. Moved from United Kingdom to Canada with no issue. All boxes and precious items in good condition.
