Oil Country Towing

When we broke down heading from Edmonton to Calgary, AMA said it could be 3 hours for a tow back to Leduc. 20 minutes later I got a call from James at Oil Country Towing that he was on the way.A short time later he had arrived and had our vehicle up on the back of his truck. He was very friendly and helpful. I would highly recommend these guys

Needed a car towed from Red Deer to Leduc, scheduled for the Tuesday and everything went smoothly.Needed another tow months later, just in town. They came to tow the car to my garage promptly, and we were home in 40 minutes. Reasonable prices, good drivers, good receptionist on phone.

With all the rain recently, the location where I store my trailer went to mush and ultimately got the trailer stuck. I chose Oil Country based on speaking with dispatch and their reviews. Cody came and together we got the trailer out safely without causing additional damage. To Cody I give him 5 stars, professional and I could tell he was concerned about doing it right. I am taking one star off because originally this was just a recon mission for approach but we decided to try then and there. I asked about pricing to dispatch prior but was told we will take a look at it.I am a realistic person and familiar with heavy equipment, a sub par operator could have easily done damage to my unit costing me way more than the call out. Bottom line, it took under an hour to get the trailer out just try to get a clear understanding of the equipment they are sending and what your cost exposure is. I don't think anything was done shady here I just felt it was a bit higher than the other companies I called.Thanks Oil Country and most importantly Cody.

Phone at 8 AM on a Saturday to get trucked towed to local shop. Was home by 9 AM to have coffee. Great response and service for a outstanding local company.

Very quick , friendly and excellent customer service. We went to get a vehicle that was towed there but then the car didn't start so they helped boosted it and then realized that the gas was empty. They gave us a jerry can to go get gas in a near by gas station. We appreciate the extra help they offered us to get us on our way.

Thank you Don and staffs at oil country towing. They are able to help us at late night after another towing company did not show up. Very helpful and easygoing. Thank you again!

I've used them 3 times. Always excellent service, thanks to Lindsay and Paul (I think it was). On top of that, this last time I used them they were significantly less expensive than one of their competitors for the same trip.

That $200 fixed charge is a reap off.Never calling these guys. I cancelled after 1.5hrs waiting but they had initially asked for a deposit so I lost my money even though someone else pulled me out.

Brandon Lungle was extremely helpful today! He went beyond and above to help my mom when our car was having some issues. Thank you so much for your services, I won’t hesitate to call the company again when we need help!
