Extremely poor customer service.Implied my dad is a liar and that the employees there never make a mistake.Extremely condescending. Told me there is no device for Apple like this...Wouldn’t recommend dealing with them.Long and Mcquad is WAY more knowledgeable! Knew what my dad wanted right away (after all, he specifically asked both places for an IPAD compatible interface).

Our entire family pitched in for my daughter's birthday gift of her 'dream guitar'. Tom and the other staff this afternoon made a happy occasion even better. rude owner told us to get out when I did not do anything and was just appreciating the music. yelled “stop” very rudely when my friend was just playing a note. Store was dead, not like there many customers wanting to see.

The Shopping and purchasing experience here were excellent, Tim who is also the onsite guitar Technician was able to guide me through the selection process of a new Instrument. Answering every one of my beginner questions with experience and professionalism. I certainly will be returning for future purchases.
