I just bought a bed. I appreciated the customer service. The sales associate, Ravneet Sodhi was very friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. Without any pressure and a lot of patience she readily offered much valued information that helped in my decision. I hope the delivery process is just as smooth.

DO NOT BUY FROM THE BRICK IN PRINCE ALBERT!!!! Never have we been so frustrated with a company . We spent a tremendous amount of money on a brand new bedroom set . Once it arrived , the head board and frame were not compatible, pieces were warped and broken ……. I called and spoke with a manager who finally agreed to send a tech out to our place to mcgiver it together . The tech never came like he was supposed to and was belligerent on the phone with me , complaining that that he was tied up at another job and couldn’t work late. He advised me he could come IN A WEEK .I phoned the store and spoke with another “acting” manager who was just as rude on the phone with me, telling me “just drill some holes into the frame yourself “ . He was condescending and kept interrupting me on the phone . We had planned on buying a new bedroom set for our son , but it will be at another store . The Brick certainly does not know what “customer service “ means .

Jackie was so helpful and gave us all the information we needed! She was patiently waiting for us while we were discussing the details and the measurements! She also made sure that we knew the process of the delivery and their return and exchange policy as well! I’m highly satisfied with my experience with her!

A big shout out to Lee Armitstead for the exceptional customer service. He answered my many questions and made this purchase experience quite enjoyable. My stove arrived on schedule and was delivered by two young men who were very pleasant and handled my stove with care. Thank you to the entire team!!

Purchased a washer and dryer set, less than 2 weeks in, units aren't working properly. They do not back their products. Absolute joke.Edit: Maytag & The Brick have been shifting blame back and forth for so long it has pushed my appliance out of the money back guarantee" time frame. THEIR APPLIANCE ALMOST CAUSED A FIRE IN MY HOUSE. DO NOT BUY ANY MAJOR APPLIANCE FROM THIS STORE. Ran by idiots."
