Worst customer service every single time. I called because I had something stuck in my JEEP tire, I was advised they couldn’t get me in for a couple weeks? Why buy a jeep if you can’t even get it serviced at your local JEEP dealership. seriously a joke of a dealership, every single time they are too busy to service or provide good customer service to their own. I have bought my last 3 Jeeps from a Hamilton dealership because I’d rather drive 3 hours then have this below level of customer service that is constantly given. Disappointing and giving Jeep dealerships a bad name.

Absolutely the worst service experience I've ever had. The snarky attitude of the service advisor was just the beginning of the nonsense . They charged me for a diagnosis of my car but never even brought me car in from where I dropped it off. $170 to use a scanner tool on my car,apparently. I doubt they even did that. Lied about checking the transmission fluid level since you have to remove the front tire and some other parts to access the port to check the level. Will never get service from them again and definitely will never purchase another vehicle from them.

I recently had my vehicle serviced at S&B Keswick. The overall level of service I received from their organization has been nothing short of top notch. It is no wonder to me why they have been so successful for so long. From the top down they understand the importance of a GREAT.........not good customer experience which is becoming less important to other businesses these days. How refreshing!!! Thank you to Mr. Baiden and his entire team!!

I had brought my truck that was purchased brand new and only had 26,000kms logged to Newmarket new roads. After 2 months of bad diagnostics and poor service with customers, I was fed up, and decided to bring my truck to S&B motors in Keswick. (Read google review about new roads Newmarket) Within half an hour they gave me an update, and explained what was happening, they showed they cared enough to take the time to finding root cause of the issue. I would highly recommend bringing your vehicle here for repairs or warranty issues.

S & B Keswick Motors just helped us with our purchase of a 2023 Jeep Cherokee Summit Reserve. We ordered it a few months ago and Jim kept us posted every step of the way. I even knew when it arrived by truck! I have bought many vehicles from S & B over the years, but this Jeep is WOW! The interior is beautiful leather and natural wood, the features are incredible! I can warm my hands, back and even have a massage while listening to the 19 McIntosh speakers. It rides so smooth and looks so beautiful.I am having so much fun driving my new jeep! I recently bought a used jeep from S&B Keswick. Great experience. Everyone I dealt with was friendly and helpful. Ross Jamieson was very professional, answered all my questions and addressed all of my concerns thoroughly, he made the process extremely easy and pleasant. I don’t have a clue why there are some negative reviews, I wouldn’t hesitate to use these guys again. Thanks Ross and everyone else at S&B.

came here for an alignment (off brand vehicle) they said they do alignments on all makes so I booked in, left my vehicle with them for the day they completed the alignment still had a problem with the vehicle pulling and steering wheel not centered came back they said rotate your tires rotated my tires front to back left and right axle by axle one axle at a time and drove the vehicle for 2 days after each rotation to see if anything changed nothing changed brought vehicle back they said we can't find anything wrong and the alignment is perfect charged me again for an inspection took it to another shop they test drove it said it's an alignment issue they put the car on the machine and they showed me the alignment screen and stated the wheels are adjusted to steer right even though the specs were in the green they told me the current alignment will cause the vehicle to steer to the right and the steeling wheel will not be centered I said that s&b told me if it's in the green it will be good they told me the green is the manufactures spec. before the tires will wear unevenly it does not mean the vehicle will not pull or the steering wheel be off center, they completed the alignment I drove it home and it was a lot better like a new car again went back to s&b told them what happened and they said they did the alignment and will only refund the diagnostic charge because their mechanic did the alignment I do not recommend s&b for an alignment if they set my alignment wrong and told me that's how they do alignments, at least they refunded part of the fee was expecting a better alignment from a dealership and they wasted a lot of my time and money rotating tires coming back when the issue was the alignment the whole time.... the initial reason I came in... if they did the alignment right the first time I wouldn't have wasted all this time and money never mind being out a vehicle in the process

I had a great experience buying my truck from S&B. Rob was a top notch sales professional. The entire process was smooth. Great local business.
