We just got the keys to our condo today. Chantelle Klassen was awesome helping us navigate the ever changing and challenging process of purchasing a condo. From our first meeting-a virtual one, Chantelle answered all our questions clearly and honestly. We had never purchased a condo before so she was a great asset explaining the costs, process and expectations AND helped us determine a fair price as well as what features were important (ensuite laundry? well lighted underground parking? Visitor Parking? Strata contingency funds?). She was an excellent communicator answering texted questions, emails, phone calls, and in person queries. She walked us through the financial and legal process and checked in with us regularly to make sure we knew what needed done in advance.

We just sold our home in five days, well above asking price. Dean was very prompt, professional and responded very quickly when we had questions. Great experience with selling our home. I would definitely recommend Dean if you want great service and professionalism. Thank you Dean!!

My experience is with Chantelle and I was super happy with everything! She helped point out properties I didn’t see, she gave honest feedback about properties I had questions about. I didn’t have anyone else to bounce ideas off so I had to ask her for feedback, which she was always willing to do.
