Auto Rezolutions

Had our cars served there up till seven years ago. Last time they quoted around $1500 for a repair because a small part couldn't be had without an expensive part (said it was one unit). Checked with the dealer, they could provide the part separate for $200 with labour. I let AR know basically so they would know in the future and asked if they could do the work. Also tried to book another appointment for our other car. Never heard back. Tried again, same deal Was very satisfied till this. Thought they'd take it in the spirit it was intended, guess not and it does make me wonder?

OMG joe is amazing, I moved from Kitchener and been to workshops so many times but has never got such a genuine answers to my question. He came with me for a test drive and clearly said my car doesn’t need any breaks works. I’m sure somebody else would have…. Thank you joe and your team. See you in November.

Steve is very knowledgeable and always willing to help. I am sure all the guys are this is just who I have personally dealt with. All the work I have had done has been excellent.

Brought my car in for tire balancing, he was fair with his pricing and actually has time to talk to customer to explain why and what he did to your car. The cleanest shop I have ever seen. You car is in good hands here.

I bought a used vehicle off auto rezolutionsDrove it for 4 days after bought it saftied had a few issues called the shop they passed me over to the owner joe was very friendly and nice fixed the few issues I had 2 days after I called and gave vehicle back the same day I brought it fixed. Very friendly good mechanic and amazing shop would highly recommend ✅✅✅

Took the car in for a new clutch and a new exhaust on an older domestic, naturally ran into such issues due to age of the car, job took longer than expected due to some part issues but the boys did great work. Would definitely highly recommend to anyone....Car runs and sounds great, thank you

I had a major vehicle breakdown on a Friday afternoon, far from home. The owner rearranged their schedule so they could look at my car on Monday morning and order the parts. The parts for a major repair arrived on Tuesday afternoon and I was back on the road on Wednesday morning. Great service! And BTW it's a clean, well-lit, well-organized shop and they evidently take pride in doing good work. Thanks!

What can I say, I'm stuck a thousand kilometers away from home and all of a sudden the ignition key doesn't turn.. with my vacation nearing its end and with barely enough money for food and gas to drive back to Montreal. I found auto resolutions just coincidentally nearby... When I got there I explained my situation to him and bless his heart he sympathized with me, his name was Joe. Not only did he greet me with a smile and reassure me that everything would be okay he had me going in less than half an hour .What potentially could have cost me hundreds and hundreds of dollars he fixed it and charged me a very reasonable fee and I was going in less than half an hour . I'm so grateful to Joe, I'm so grateful for all the friendly service and I would recommend this place to anybody ,thanks again Joe!

I took my car in for a stalling condition and was quoted $740 to change 4 spark plugs and do an oil change. This is absolutely unacceptable and a ridiculous price to charge for this service.

Highly recommend this place for all your car needs! Everyone is very friendly and they took very good care of me. Glad I found a place I trust to bring my car!
