Gym of Rock is a great place to go if you are celebrating a birthday, Climbing with friends/family or just solo. During the summer it is nice to take a break from the sun and experience the crisp air conditioning. It's really great to visit no matter what the weather is. Coming to the gym is a great environment with lots of friendly faces. I would highly reccomend visiting no matter what your skill level!

Great use of space for the little they have. Inviting staff and they're great at giving beta. There are all ranges of climbs. Very family friendly.

Great staff. They all seem to be very knowledgeable and helpful. There are a decent amount of routes here for both bouldering and top rope. Some routes are extremely challenging too, so there's always something to come back and work on

We had my daughter's birthday party at the Gym of Rock. The staff were well organized, communication was efficient and they were great with the kids- many of who had never been rock climbing before. Everyone felt comfortable and proud of the new skills they learned while having fun! Wonderful space and will be back!

Great atmosphere for an adventurous day inside.Enough of a challenge but also felt secure to have fun.

We just had our daughter's 10th birthday party over the weekend at Gym of Rock and the feedback from all the kids and parents was simply... WOW!This is our second time having a birthday party here as our other daughter had hers last year and not only did the owners go out of their way both times to make our experience the best they could, they always provided us with an exceptional customer service experience.We knew we don't get the entire place to ourselves (which they clearly explained both times we booked our parties) which makes sense as they're a small business and that would be quite costly. But it never mattered as the kids got plenty of time to climb and the staff was always on hand if we needed anything and did a fantastic job handling all the kids and chaos we brought to them.As a parent of two daughters and having both celebrate their birthdays here, both times we were left with our kids and their friends talking about how much fun they had and how cool of a place it was.Not sure about the other reviews but our experience both times have been nothing short of exceptional. They're a family run business in our community that truly care about you as a customer and go the extra mile. My wife and I wanted to give a huge thank you to the staff and owners, this place is such a wonderful choice to have in our community.

Way to handle the eager climbers today and surviving all the shut downs! What a blast and appreciate the hustle and awesome can do attitudes! Fun family adventure!!

Brought my three kids to Gym of Rock over spring break and it was such a great couple of hours. I would highly recommend Gym of Rock for anyone looking for something incredible to do in Salmon Arm. We will be back!
