She is the worst doctor and experience we had as a family... I dont know how and where did she get her education.. Run away as far as u can

Shes been our family Dr. for more than 12 years , very kind, competent & well- experienced in her field. She has been so understanding and always solved any medical issues or health problems we presented with. Referral to specialists have been convenient when needed and follow-ups were always without undue delays.

The day before my appointment they called and changed my appointment to be the next day and I had to find someone to cover my shift last minute. According to Dr. Morgan this is because the receptionist didn’t realize she was on holiday and wouldn’t be in office until the day before. They also seem to keep all of their patient information on paper in a bookshelf in the reception area where someone could just walk over and grab them. That wasn’t the best start.Dr. Morgan herself seems nice, but I was frustrated with how my situation was handled. It wasn’t until the end of my first appointment after we went through my history, did she let me know that she actually can’t even take on new patients and she won’t be able to do anything for me.Originally I was just confused to why I wasnt told this when the receptionist called me to change my appointment. But after reading about how she calls people into her office for things like just letting patients know their blood results were normal for the OHIP benefits it made sense.The frustration comes from the fact that I stopped looking for other family doctors after I had a appointment booked with her. Now I have run out of medication I need because she wouldn’t refill them until she could take me on as her patient.The whole experience was really disappointing.

She is sweet doc, really caring and sympathetic.

After 15+ years, today she gave me enough reasons to switch to another family doctor. If there were half a star option I'd give it. She is extremely rude, lacks of profession & understanding, belittling & humiliating and smothering. She is so scary she yells at your face each time you go for check up with her. She will prescribe you plenty of medications unnecessarily then switches to something else if those didnt work. If I am sick I'd rather get treated by a real doctor not chopped by a miserable butcher that dresses like a doctor. She should have her medical license taken away. I dont know how she became a doctor...Beware from Aida! Run opposite way!

Horrible doctor. Do not under any circumstance go to see her. Doesn’t care to help her patients. Doesn’t care to do any additional work. Highly DO NOT recommend.

This doctor should not be in this profession.She is condescending, rude, aggressive, and lacks the compassion needed to be a doctor.I do not recommend and will not be returning.
