We wanted to dine in ,but it was closed. The kid at pay window inform us that we cant have the cold coffee , they thrown it out bc is time to close. So we got our food and left. They also for got to give us forks. Eatinf salad with spoon is not what we had in mind

Normally I have a great experience at this location. Upon using drive thru today they were a bit pushy on trying to get me to take a different type of chicken sandwich because they didn't have one of two ready. I told them I'd wait for it since it was what I ordered.. even though they didn't offer to put one on for me. It was not busy, there was maybe one car behind us. Then after rushing everything out the window to us, we realized upon getting home we were missing part of our order. We do not live in Fergus so did not go back but people shouldn't have to check the bag to ensure they get what they pay for.So I guess from now on before driving away from the window I will be counting everything from now on.

If I could give 0 star I would. Went through the drive through and had to go inside over 3 times because they messed the order. And then failed to give half the food. By the time I got to eat it was stone cold. Will not recommend this spot and should have gone to McDonald's. No straws either for the drinks. Messed up 3 orders. 1 of those 3 orders was messed up 2 times. When going through drive through should not need to return back 3 times.

I have two Wendy's locations that I approve of, this is the best one on my list. My orders get as close to the commercial as you could hope for. Most other locations are hit or miss and typically look like the burgers were thrown together. You can see the difference in the photos.

I don’t usually leave reviews, especially for a big company unless i had a terrible experience. My parents and i went through the drive thru on monday, jan 30th (hopefully you can decipher who was working that night and get this review to him). We ordered, normal experience, we paid, just a regular teen working that window with no expression. Then we got to the window to pick up our food and the young man who is as working just made me smile. He was so polite, chipper, sweet, honest to god it brought my faith back into humanity to see a young person taking pride in their job, working with a smile on their face. He told us to park our car and he would bring out the chicken because it would be a few minutes. He brought us our food in nothing but a t-shirt while it was freezing outside, and again was just a ray of sunshine. Young man, i wish i got your name because i really wanted to let you know how much your positivity made my night. My partner and i spoke the whole 10 minute drive home on how happy you made us and how nice it is to receive service like that. Keep on shining!

Absolutely mess this morning! The drive through lady was out to lunch also asked an paid to have bacon added but was not added! Definitely worst first experience at trying to get there breakfast for the first time! Not sure I'll try again but Definitely not same location!

Cleanliness - to be perfectly honest I didn't know if I was walking into a Wendy's or an operating theater (for those who don't know, an operating theater is a place where they perform surgeries) this place was that clean! I made sure not to leave any garbage around...one should not mess with perfection.Service - polite, friendly, and fast... enough saidFood - as tasty as any Wendy's I've had...I usually don't leave reviews of fast food places but I couldn't resist in this case.Go eat here, you will enjoy it!

Got a spicy chicken, I believe it was around 2:30 in the afternoon. It looked like it had been there since the lunch rush the previous day. It was dry and flat, and the tomato was wilty, the lettuce was barely noticeable, and the bun looked like someone stepped on it. I ate it because I was super hungry. The next time I come to Fergus, I'll head across the parking lot to McDonald's. This was the worst Wendy's experience I've ever had.

I order from there a lot and just recently I get some bad vibes while ordering and receiving my food. They're mostly kids working there and it doesn't look like there is any adults supervising. While I order and wait for my food these two kids at the cash keep looking at me and chuckling to themselves constantly looking at me and laughing. Eventually I get my food and as soon as I receive it the kid who gives it to me turns around looks at the other kid and they burst out laughing while glancing at me. On my way home I realized there was a good chance they spit or did something shady to my food so I threw it out. Even though I wasted my money I'm ok with it because I will never visit this location again. The first kid was white and had crazy curly hair and the other looked of middle Eastern descent. Get some adults working there to oversee these kids. I can only imagine what's happening in the back. And this wasn't the first time its not like it's a one off.
