Not happy with the quality. Not enough care went into it. Maybe my expectations were too high. Will not be back. Pleasant staff tho. I recommend this place for quick promotional stuff. Not merchandise for resale.EDIT: After the best possible customer service i could have received i have changed this to 5 stars to reflect the type of employees that work here. Wilson is the man.

I own a small business and needed some embroidery completed on some workwear. I chose Wescan cause they honestly seemed more genuine over the phone. I was not disappointed. ALL of the staff were nice and incredibly helpful. The professionalism was amazing. I am super happy with my workwear! Also my logo is dirty from work but has been through a lot and no fraying whats so ever!

EXCEPTIONAL COMPANY! I first contacted Wescan for a quote with a large club clothing order. From my first interaction with the company, they were extremely professional, detailed and knowledgeable. We decided for a few reasons to go with another company, which turned out to be a huge mistake and we were left scrambling and most likely not going to be able to get our athletes their clothing items. After contacting Wescan again they indicated they could complete the order but made me fully aware that the deadline may not be possible. Over the next 2 weeks, they communicated with us, gave their expert opinion and recommendations. They were able to provide us our completed order in time AND it is perfect. A huge THANK YOU to team members Sirena and Ben for all their hard work to have this executed.

This company was very, very professional. I told them my vision and what I wanted for my pet collar and they exceeded my expectations. I received a quality, product. My pup has been wearing the collar non stop for a few months now and the threading is still as perfect as when I first received it. I've also gotten many compliments at the dog park! I ordered approximately 30 T-shirts for a family event sponsored by my employer. The event staff and my boss loved the shirts. I was very happy with the level of service and professional assistance provided by Wescan while designing the shirts. They called me before going ahead and printing the shirts, to advise that they couldn't exactly match one of the ink colours because I requested a quicker-than-normal delivery date; I was very impressed by this! They under-promised and over-delivered, having the shirts ready earlier than I requested. I highly recommend Wescan and will work with them again in the future.

BEST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER!!!!!! I had a rush order and they put it right through and when I was running late they stayed after close to wait for me to come and pick it up which is not something a majority of businesses are willing to do. Literally the nicest people. So friendly and just amazing. I got a guitar strap embroidered as a birthday gift and I absolutely LOVED the way it turned out. And the price was more then fair. Seriously go to them they are amazing. :)

Very happy with the final product! We ordered these shirts on very short notice and they were able to do the print and deliver the shirts on time! The print is thin and incorporates very well into cotton fabric. Thank you again!

I went to Wescan with an idea and a vision for a clothing brand that I am designing. I explained to Tam and Wilson what my ideas were and they were more than happy to work with me and make my vision become a reality. It was very obvious to me that these guys understood how important this was to me. They offered their opinions when I asked and the did have valuable input. Ultimately they knew it was my final decision and they were very respectful of that and made sure everything was exactly the way I wanted it. They double and triple checked always to make sure the project was done 100% correctly. When I got my shirts printed and my hats embroidered, they by far exceeded my expectations! I was thrilled with the quality! The cool part when I picked up my new products, they were just as excited as I was! The experience I had at Wescan was all star quality!
