I have had extensive experience dealing with Better Baths and owner, Pat Mathewson. She is pleasant, very knowledgeable, reasonably priced, and professional in every way. We purchased fixtures for five baths with her and she assisted in designing them as well. We would not hesitate to recommend her or her team of pros!

Incredibly poor service. At first impression they came across as genuine. It was a huge mistake to choose them. While they have great ideas they do not deliver. Totally disorganized and don't take responsibility for their mistakes.

We hired this company because of the good reviews it had. Their work was shoddy and their response to our complaints were unprofessional. We needed to have another company to come in and totally redo our renovations. I would not recommend this company.
