Was fortunate to have Abbas at the neighbours doing emergency roof repair after the major storm that hit Ottawa in May 2022. He asked if I would like him to assess my damage and provide an estimate on the spot. Always weary of reacting to contractors I do not know, I took him up on it based on a very reasonable estimate and knowledge. He used waterproof roof membrane and secured it very well. Stated would be good for many weeks (up tp 2 months) until I could get permanent repairs done. Approx. half of the roof lost all shingles and was down to plywood.*** UPDATE *** Another contractor assigned by the insurance company was on-site to assess emergency siding and roof repairs and commented on how well of a job Abbas did. Stated that very good materials were used that are actually rated to 6 months (I'll have permanent repairs done long before that!) and was secured very well compared to other poor repair jobs! So this was a great vote of confidence in Abbas and put my mind at ease.

I am extremely satisfied with the services of this company. I had a drip in one bedroom recently. I called and my roof was repaired temporarily the same day. It has rained hard since and the room remains dry. It was such a relief to have prompt and efficient service. I was even given before and after photos which was great since I am in no condition to go up the roof myself. I would recommend this company to anyone needing quick repairs on their roof.

Great overall experience with Abbas at Central City Roofing. He responded to our inquiry quickly about inspecting and repairing our roof after some wind damage. He fit us in at the end of his day on a Friday to get it done before the rain - service was done within a week of contacting him! Professional and approachable. Inspected the roof and completed repairs all at the same visit. Did additional repairs where needed on top of original request for shingle repair which was much appreciated. Abbas quickly responded to an enquiry about a strange sound coming from our roof. He was able to fit us in on the same day and quickly made his way to our house with his equipment, repairing the eavesdrop in under 10 minutes. Will definitely be calling central city again.

I sent in a request to Central City Roofing Inc at 3AM during a rainy night when I heard dripping sounds on a metal vent within the walls. Abbas contacted me at 7AM and inspected the roof that afternoon. At the same time, I asked for him to provide a quote for a skylight that needed to be replaced. Compared to the other companies that I've contacted, his price was the best and I was very impressed with his professionalism and promptness.He installed the skylight with the appropriate seals/membranes and matching shingles, as well as resealing other area that needed to be addressed. The skylight looks great and I haven't heard any water drip sounds since the repairs! He always took pictures to discuss and confirm my understanding and satisfaction. I would definitely recommend and hire again for my next roofing job.
