Glenroy Preschool Centre

I have called to enroll my child and was given a time frame and told he would be on a waiting list.They not only did not to provide us a spot on the time they had promised !!!!! They did not even put him on the waiting list ?!!!???? Then lied to again as she had toldMe I would be on top of the waiting list only to find she forgot who I was and when called she stated I was 15th on the waiting list. Seriously 15? Is not top of the list but she said, it still kind of top of the list.I was left with a child without daycare because they assured me a spot, and had a full time job and being a parent of two children and life like everyone else:The administer or site manager is never there to pick up calls and is terrible at doing her job!!!!! Terrible school to send your child.

I decided to pull up the website and check out the reviews and i couldn't believe all the bad comments on here! My son has been going to this day care for over a year now and he loves it. The teachers really care about the kids and so does Ms Shameen who runs the place. I have never seen a child leave there that didn't run and give her a hug. It's a shame that people think this place should be shut down because i really couldn't be happier with it. :)

The lady that run the place is very cruel and lying woman. Treat kids very badly and mentally abusing. Was an eyewitness of physical cruelty, use grocery bags as nets to cover kids head (like a shower cap) allday in the hot summer saying those kids have head lice".Separate sick kids from rest and keep the sick one in the toilet until parents come to pick her. See the photo of their bathroom prison.This place should shut down ASAP."

I have two children who are enrolled at Glenroy Preschool. I can't begin to say enough good things about the staff and the daycare. My son, who eats nothing at home, gobbles up almost every lunch and snack that he is feed..... this is an amazing feet on its own. My daughter, who is a school ager, gets mad when we arrive late in the summer days because she does not want to miss a second of the day. The Teachers welcome both kids with smiles in the morning and Ms. Shameen in the office has been nothing but helpful and supportive with me. I have recommended this centre to two of friends because I am confident in the staff and I would recommend Glenroy to anyone searching for a place to care for their little one.

My kid's first daycare and preschool and it was a great experience. We couldn't send him to any similar facilities due to the pandemic and we came to Canada last year, Glenroy was his first. It turned out to be an excellent place for him. We had to take him out for some reason but he still talks about his teachers in a way that shows he misses them.

Glenroy Preschool is a wonderful place. From the first day I went to see the preschool and Mrs. Shamene showed me how the activities worked with the children. She was patient explaining me all the details. All the teachers are very attentive and caring with the children. I have a special thanks to Mrs. Seema because she is very attentive, loving and caring. My children are very happy and so am I, because I know that I can go to work knowing that my children are being well taken care of by all the amazing staff at Glenroy preschool.

My twin girls started pre-school today, when I picked my girls up they seemed so happy and content. I feel that we made a good choice to bring them there. The teachers seem so caring and nice and educated.

Glenroy was a second home for my both boys. Such a wonderful teachers, loving, caring like family members. The support that they showed us specially during Covid was amazing. I will definitely send back my kids there as soon as I can.A big Thank You to each and one of you dear all teachers.
